Bekan, no matter how often and with how many accounts you bring this matter to forums, it is still in wrong place here. You have all the information from our support what needs to be done, and from what I know it is being done but it takes time. You also know why and how this matter got so complicated, that it took more then just a couple days to fix, our support gave you that information and I find it rather unfair to bring users into this who can and will never get all details in this account and billing related issue and of course all they see is that this is someone's "fault" and a user gets no help for weeks and this is simply not true. I can not disclose any information on forums and you know that, which now puts you and me and the users who want to know more in a bad spot which can not be solved. This is a matter between you and our support. Please cooperate with our support and use the information they give you. I know these are stressful days for you, but everyone involved in this case is doing their best to assist you. The users on forum can not assist you. Thus I close this down.
