Why does it take 2 months + to unlock my account.

Ok. Guess im beating the dead horse here! I bought a total of $350 of Dias all on sale totaling to 23k dias. I have one account suspended due to "not paying for dias"<(wth does that mean you have my money and I can prove it)<the $ shows with drawn on my bank statement and sent to frogster for proof.

The other account is blocked from buying dias due to it being my account(related to the other account buy the user<Me.< This account has about $150 worth of dias locked up on it. So what I'v done is submit a ticket and ever once in a blue moon i get a canned statement jerking around the problem(to the point that it seem I will nvr get my $ or dias) I ask for ideas and help from Gm/CMs on the forums to see what they think. The lazy ones just lock the thread or tell me submit a ticket to the black-hole of beat-a-round the bush. And yet here we are still no dias and no clear answer as to why that is.

But I will say this to the GMs/CMs that have helped thanks but I'm still stuck here and would realy like a fix to the problem so we can all just move on from it. I like this game but I'm not giving you anymore $$ till I get what I paid for. Honestly I know it doesn't take this long to look at the records and see"yep dudes right we got paid...Givem his crap" BTW if you msg me GM/CM and you want to help pls see it threw or don't waste my time on false hope!

Why haven't you started a refund process, sure you will get perma banned, but $350 is quite bit to lose. I don't do any transactions over the $50 amount, I know also there is an amount your account will get flagged. Anyhow the new support is extremely difficult to work with. I've submitted one ticket and it was a disaster. Sorry about your bad luck here.

If the story you are telling is truth, then just call your credit card company and tell them it's a fraud transaction and have them investigate the issue if you couldn't get it resolve from FEU.

Bekan, no matter how often and with how many accounts you bring this matter to forums, it is still in wrong place here. You have all the information from our support what needs to be done, and from what I know it is being done but it takes time. You also know why and how this matter got so complicated, that it took more then just a couple days to fix, our support gave you that information and I find it rather unfair to bring users into this who can and will never get all details in this account and billing related issue and of course all they see is that this is someone's "fault" and a user gets no help for weeks and this is simply not true. I can not disclose any information on forums and you know that, which now puts you and me and the users who want to know more in a bad spot which can not be solved. This is a matter between you and our support. Please cooperate with our support and use the information they give you. I know these are stressful days for you, but everyone involved in this case is doing their best to assist you. The users on forum can not assist you. Thus I close this down. Please, please, please stay in touch with our support.
