One of my favorites is when I was a knight, a whole raid of people asked me to tank the Ant Queen. Off I went, we started the fight, then a mechanic of the fight I'd seen before happened (but never realized how harsh it was).
The queen teleported me to the entrance of her lair, she then ran over and did a knock back on me and I got booted out of the instance. I walked back inside to see 35 corpses.

I remember hearing about that! And Ebilone is right, the game was different back then.
My personal fave happened to me in Aslan valley, and has gained almost mythic proportions in TBT (it's alluded to on our new forum site lol).
I was dueling a fellow guildie and warrior outside of the Goblin mini-game for the fun of it. As most warriors know, the first one to get off the charge usually pulls ahead and wins the duel, and being w/r doesn't hurt. In any case, he got me, and while I was kneeling there with my 1 hp a random scorpion (I should mention that at this point I could already solo the goblin game) came out from under the tent and killed me with one shot. None of us in the group spoke for a minute then all of us burst out laughing, including me. Embarassing? Yes, but funny as hell.
Another random glitch I remember was in Dragonfang Ridge. If you follow the river up the valley you just might come across a glitched dwarf walking a very unusual path, he walks along the WALL and frequently flies very high into the air and back down again!
wish someone accidentally recorded all that

- Another great memory that makes me laugh still, is way back when, there was a couple of hours during some server hiccup that all mobs in the game were suddenly friendly, you couldn't cast spells or do much of anything other then wander around wondering what the.. lol and some players had a glitch on their chars where they looked like they were ice skating in charge motion (think of the skill charge in slightly permanent mode lol) while leaving light trails behind them from their weapons.. it was a truly trippy night lol. I think this was around the time that RF was about to, or just had first opened up![]()

Running with my current guild has provided many a memorable moment. Most recently is 6th boss in ToSH when our tank got the battle axe debuff. For those that don't know this boss skill is aimed at one player in the party. The player is suppose to run from the party, most of the time towards the door in the room, as a huge trail of fire will spawn from the boss to the player and the boss throw a battle at the named palyer. The fire is deadly and will kill most anyone who stands in it and wont stop until it hits the player or the player reaches the door.
Our tank misunderstood the approach we were using so when he got the battle axe he just started to run in a large circle around the entire party repeatedly and did not let the axe hit him. The entire party literally stopped and watched him run around us repeatedly with this fire trailing him. It was an incredible kiting display that ended in our group surrounded in fire and subsequently we wiped. Immediately, it reminded me of the Johnny Cash song "Burning Ring of Fire" and Tridark played the song in vent and we all busted out laughing, as it was so fitting.

Basically, try and think of a mechanic, or quest, or something that made you laugh or giggle in RoM.

I remember briefly using an addon 'auto-buff' (or something similar) for about a week.. the determining factor of me getting rid of it was during while I was being attuned for clops. We'd just finished and wanted to take a break, so we decided to ride full throttle without stopping through all the mobs to get to Lyk.. It should of worked out like that.. except auto-buff had this nasty way of throwing you off your mount to put your shield up or whatever buff you had it set for.
So we take off, we're haulin arse through the stronghold and we had at least 30-40 clops running after our little runaway brigade.. then bam, autobuff suddenly kicked in for me, threw me off my mount to put on my shield (lol...) and I got so clobbered, I didn't want to go back to the stronghold for a very long time there after, lmao

My favorite one was at the end of CH 2 when a known player shouted he will organize an event to celebrate the end of chapter and he will open two portals in front of Varanas Gates. One would transport you to an awesome place and one would transport you to a not so awesome face. One is to win, one is to loose. Of course, the two portals transported the noobs in the same place, in the Middle of Naga Acropolis where packs of nagas killed even geared players who happened to try the portals. I think a quarter of server died in the "event". We had quite some lulz!
but it was just stranded teleport in middle of varanas center, i was like why not enter

Back when I played on Osha, I daily did goblin mini game in Silverfall. Being a 70m/58d I could run through it in less than 5min, and doing it over a hundred times... I could practically run goblins blindfolded. Anyway, one day, I decided to do my daily ritual of running goblins. begin it as usual (I sit down before I talk to the gate keeper goblin so that I don't transform into a goblin, as I always do), burn through the worms, then move onto the 60 goblins to slaughter.
The norm for the first 20 goblins but that's when it stops... however something absolutely strange happened to me. My character disappeared and I was now controlling the enemy goblin! I had a completely different skill bar with about 10 different skills that I have never seen on any class/temporary skill bar from missions ever! i can't remember exactly what they were, but most of them were very similar to each other (I don't know why). So, I decided to try to "control" this goblin. I began running in a direction then I would teleport back to my original location. If I didn't do anything, the goblin would run in it's normal course (as all mobs do) back and forth, stop, back... etc. Being close to a wall, I decided to try running through it. As all mobs are allowed to, I actually ran up the wall and past the collision box. Now I'm on the bottom plane of the course (just being a brownish color or something of that sort).
I thought it would revert back to normal with me coming back into control of my character... 25min later, that was not true. Annoyed that I can't complete the gob mini, I just logged off and logged back on and there I was, right infront of the tent in silverfall. That was the ONLY time that has happened to me in the entire time I played RoM. I was in disbelief when I saw that happening to me. It happened about 3 months ago, so I don't know if there was a glitch or something going on at that time.

I laugh every time I see someone "accidentally" fall off the ledge in siege in the middle of the map. I laugh even harder when I'm the one doing the falling...
