It's not AH that is overpriced, but game in whole. If cash shop is well adjusted, I know many would like to spend 10 bucks a month just to get essentials and play the game. Let's check at normal price what 10 bucks now gets you? Half rune disk.

CS is in my opinion what is holding this game to get bigger player base. I was, as almost everyone else, many times told that end game is very expensive. In last 6 months I have been here it just became even more expensive (with +16 jewels, T10 runes and FEU prices) without any adjustment for someone starting game - middle game.

Sales/marketing selling wrong things at wrong price all the time - challenge for DIAS sellers to sell DIAS, challenge for those buying DIAS to get what they want.

As for end gamer gear, if CS adjusts to be more affordable, more people would be able to run those instances and gear would be more available. (thus cheaper)

Too bad it's not in FEU interest to keep us happy...

@ RoMage - I do agree that if there are better offers in the item shop diamond prices will just go up naturally. Most endgamers I know including myself have hoarded so much gold and zeevex from selling our overpriced gears and drops that most of us have max gold and hundred thousands (6 digits) of zeevex that are saved for future content.


Diamond prices are going down because there is no demand for anything in the cash shop since with all the fail offers. This in no way should affect how we endgamers have to price our drops. I have not lowered any of my prices even with falling diamond and stat prices because I want to be able to clean t9 all my gears so I am sorry.


Chances are most endgamers like myself are buying diamonds to make even more gold than they just spent on those diamonds through t10 stones, puris, and/or runes. I have made so much gold off of “reselling” diamonds that I will never be worried if diamonds rise to 100k per… but maybe 200k per I will start to get scared.


Heck, when FEU releases +20 jewels in gashas I will probably be the first one to offer 75k per diamond and help all of you raise your diamond prices so you do not have to thank me, you are already welcome!


Sorry to all those F2P who can’t sell diamonds for 75k per, as the drops we will be selling from the new instance in chapter 5 of course will still only cost 200-270mil regardless of diamond or stat prices so good luck.

I actually feel at times that the amount of gold and time I spent getting drops in TOSH wasn’t as much difficulty in time or gold spent since I, including other endgamers, have given their drops away for free although it was sooooo hard for me personally to get! But chances are unless you are constantly being oral over me I sell the gears for 20-30mil and weapons for 110-150mil so I can clean t9 all my OD gears.

This game is really about building relationships across guilds that are beneficial to those involved. My guild has good working relationships with other end game and non end game guilds on reni. I also have personal relationships with many not in my guild, who know they can whisper me to get better deals on armor I have in the AH. I don't cater to whiners and people who like to hate. You can not and will not be able to unify an entire server to do what Ebil asks. Basically because its the internet and there are little to no consequences to anything you do. People will do things they normally wont do in RL. Its a losing battle Ebil.

Reni is very lucky that two other guilds other then NW are currently clearing ToSH, as it could be far far worse then it is. Having competitive pricing has dramatically dropped the prices of all end game gear. Not but two to three weeks ago, much of the ToSH gear from last boss was over 200mil, and now its down to 50-60mil, except for daggers and the mage staff. Its been a dramatic drop in price and yet people still love to complain. What the hell do you expect us to do? Give everything away? Do you want us end gamers who put hours of time and millions in resources into clearing ToSH to hand feed the entire server?

The reality is that no matter the price, people like Zildef will complain to no end. Instead of complaining and whining and spamming all these passive aggressive WC's, build a relationship with us cause what you are doing will never work. It wont benefit yourself or your guild. Its immature and a waste of time when a simple whisper to me or Mandrakes would prove to be far more beneficial. Instead you have aliennated yourself and your guild from a potential ally and asset. You will see this post and will rage about how terrible end gamers are and how bad we all are for the economy but the reality is you have no idea. You have no idea what goes on between us and Heretic and Xgaurdians or any of the other guilds we work with.

In conclusion, build relationships. Its kind of like a lesson in community relations where both party's benefit.

Nasty Jack, got wrong guy. Never sold any DIAS, but started buying them since none of my complains about CS and game were heard. Hope with growth of guild to be able to clean T10 my gear (hell, have to be better then that nasty person) just to help in game economy... (there is still part of me that has hope for this game )

Not sure how many people would play game if we all are like that... and if we eliminate 'fun factor'.

In response to Zidlef, plain and simple: you're wrong. People *are* buying our ud tosh gear. That's not what's driving the prices down. The sellers themselves are. On our server, NW was holding off from selling gear until another guild cleared. They had the intent of not selling so other people would learn what it takes to farm their own gear. Then, when competition cleared, flood the market with their stockpiled gear. They did not anticipate 2 guilds to clear on the same day, within the same hour. Both guilds containing their former guildmates from Rag.

EDH and Heretic both have similar but different goals. Im not going to speak for edh, or NW for that matter, but here at Heretic, we want to drive ALL the prices down in hopes dia prices drop. And at 25k per, they have. No background story behind it. And yes, we are making sales.

So in conclusion, no, the lack of buyers aren't bringing prices down. The abundance of competition is.

As for the new instance, what makes you think it'll be any easier or any different? Is Prodigy going to shoot up to the top guild in Reni and clear first? Nothing against you guys, but I dont see it happening. Not unless you have some if us.

In response to this all... Do you honestly think end gamers expect people to buy stuff off the AH for listed price? I sure don't. I expect people to whisper me in game, or leave me a message in the mail about it. Normally I take 10%~15% off my listed price on an item. Also about gear, 70m for a GCH chest piece, the seller does not expect you to buy it for that price. Whisper them, make them an offer, and most of the time they give it to you. I sure do. Last week NW had a Boro-Boro chest in the AH for 70m. I whispered the seller and we came to a deal of 44m. That's a 26m difference! Perhaps you did whisper the seller and asked for a discount and didn't get it. Well now you have to ask yourself why. Why didn't you get a discount while everyone else on the server does. Maybe it's your attitude towards these people? You disrespect other people and expect other people to respect you? It doesn't work that way. You scratch my back, I scratch your back. Like Brogue stated, it's all about establishing a good relationship with other people. Maybe you think I'm crazy for being content about buying a single piece of gear for 44m. Well I'm not. I spent my time wiping on Annelia. LOTS OF TIME. I mean it. I was extremely happy to pay 44m for that one piece of gear. I know how much gold it takes to run an end game instance because I ACTUALLY RUN IT. With all the wasted Pots, Food, Hammers, Time, and saved frustration, I could have simply decided not to run and bought the piece of gear with the gold I spent attempting to clear the instance when they were selling it for 100m. You have a bunch of early gamers and mid gamers claiming it doesn't cost that much to run end game content. However this is what you think, not experienced. Experience it first, then please by all means, complain.

All i was saying is that there is a lot of greedy people on our server. No matter what you say. Should we just make 3 big guilds and roll with that? I have a lot of friends in Heretic and they are very nice and helpful. I don't want any free gear from anyone. I want price to reflect the prices in diamonds that is all. Higher players messed up diamond price to the point of 100K per and sold their gear for 200M. Now they bring the prices down to 25K a diamond and gear is still at 60M. I'm sorry that you think that Prodigy is not worth your attention. We do the best for our guildies and help them out. Why would i whisper anyone to beg for gear? loll you make me laugh.

Again you really don't seem to have a clue about what is really doing on. NEVER were diamonds going for 100k on RENI. You are flat out lying to try to prove a point that really isn't there. Diamonds got up to 60k and some paid 70k per and end game gear at that time was going for around 200-300mil. Most of this was GCH gear from Annellia. Now Diamonds prices are a little more then half of what they were and now you can get end game gear for 50mil. What exactly are you complaining about? Do a little math please. Comparable gear cut to a quarter of what it was and diamonds prices have only been cut in half.......

The price of diamonds = Real money that you need a job to get, gear = Gold fictionnal currency and not worth as much. Well, the bad thing was now the whole game's economy got screwed up. I do have inside information that this was a conspiracy. But, who really wants to talk conspiracies.

It was just a way to get the price of gear all the way up there, that was the only reason.

Back on topic, congratz on selling your diamonds at 100k per then. If I were to world shout WTB Diamonds 70k per at that time of inflation I would have been bombarded with whispers of sellers. Even now I see you world shout every now and then WTS Diamonds 60k-100k per depending on who you are. I world shout WTB Diamonds and I get I'll sell you 25k per. Who are you selling to? Either way, prices of gear have dropped tremendously since then yet you are still attempting to sell diamonds at the price when we were at the peak of inflation? And you have the audacity to claim that end gamers are greedy? 10m for OD GCH gear in AH, 10m for UD ToSH H gear in AH, 50m for OD ToSH H gear in AH, 80m for UD ToSH chest pieces. 10~20m per on Hero stats depending on which ones they are. Prices on Gear/Stats are very cheap compared to what they were.
