Zeevex bonus items

get them when you redeem the cards, just lost 12 adv packs.

Froggy, keep your paws off my stuff.

It was mine, bought and paid for, NO EXPIRATION date either listed or implied anywhere, put them back, I'm sure I won't be the only one upset about this.

Are you really trying to drive customers to other games? It may work, but I'm certain I'm not the only one who will make sure any game I go to has no connection with froggy or gameforge at all.

Everyone is scared about getting hacked, and upset with poor customer service, the cranked up prices in the item shop, and you decide to revoke loyal players items??????
The brilliance of that leaves me completely underwhelmed

All of my previously existing Zeevex Digital Locker Items pertaining to Runes Of Magic have magically vanished.

These are "Bonus" items that are awarded to you once you pay for and redeem a game card service and store it in your digital locker.

To have these items completely vanish is like saying here's a gift card for Best Buy ($50.00) with no expiration date.

Then, 6 months later you go to use the gift card, Best Buy tells you, sorry that card has expired due to a contractual dispute with our card vendor services.

I call this what it is, if not a mistake, then it is purely pulling the rug out from under people who spent money on virtual items and have had their digital garages cleaned out overnight, including myself.

I am merely trying to understand why the mismanagement with this situation and complete lack of communication from any party? (Zeevex/ Frogster/ RW).

People have waged wars for less than this, I think we are owed an explanation.

Finally, 4 messages into the thread, someone actually mentioned what the problem is. Thanks, Roth.

Same here. I had a bunch of 30-day mount codes that were from a while ago and were not working anymore, and they are gone now. No big loss for me since codes werent working, but it sounds like people are missing more recent codes that are still working.

It seems like a Zeevex problem to me. What do they say?

My items are all gone, just 4 adventure packs left.

I've submitted a "request for assistance" through the Zeevex website support page. The issue has also been addressed on the Zeevex forums -- no word yet.

Based on what evidence? I was contacted by zeevex and they said frogster expired a lot of the codes. I got some new codes from zeevex. They where way more cooperative than frogster about the whole thing.

Based on the codes being gone on Zeevex side. Previously, a bunch of my codes for 30 day mounts have expired, but they were left on Zeevex page because Zeevex did not know they were expired. If the codes are gone from Zeevex page, then it was obviously done by Zeevex people knowing they expired and removing them, no? Frogs cant remove codes from from someone else's system.

Curious that they gave you new codes. If they actually have a bunch of codes that are not expired, why did they not replace the expired ones automatically?

I put in a support tickets with zeevex and got only an automated response. Did they say why runes of magic doesn't even appear on the digital locker list? The fact RoM expired codes bought and paid for leaves more questions then answers. Oh well we will wait to see how it plays out.

Almost three pages of items gone. Nice...

I tried to redeem a few the other day and got the Item does not exist message on the RoM redemption site. Nothing new since in the past they have run out of codes but it was cleared up within a week or so.

With this and everything else going on with RoM, I'm not sure how much longer I can support this game. So sad...I really do enjoy it and most of all enjoy the people I have met while playing.

Help me out cause I can't recall. Was there an expiration date specified for these items? If so, my bad. If not, I really hope they clear this up in some way or they have certainly lost a customer.

There was no expiration date ever, I used fungus mount codes that were 6 months old, I'm sure others used older ones then that. The premise here is we purchased a product with the agreement that we get bonus items, those bonus items had no expiration.

Technically RoM gave us those codes, zeevex was essentially a third party. And of course Frogster can say "we have the right to blah blah blah..." but it is bad business, and worse timing.

Quick Edit here, you know the funny thing about this, for the most part this affects PAYING players. Really FEU, you raise prices on us then take whatever perks we have away. Are you sending us a message here? If so do us all a favor and get to your endgame all at once, being incrementally disappointed is getting old.

Seems to be a widespread attempt to get rid of zevexx, who knows perhaps they don't make enough money from zevexx. I too lost two pages of "old" codes mainly 30 day mounts which i did use once in a while and help a newbie. I still have 20 adv packs i was able to redeem one code last night. Guess ill go ahead and redeem and just write down all the CS codes. I'm already on the verge of keeping my $200 a month out froggy's hands. As it is I'm starting to head down the road of the mythical "F2P" lulz. I spent a total of 0 dollars in April so far and it looks like that will be the number ill be looking at towards the end of the month. I mean Hell I'm going out to buy a Weed Whacker this weekend instead of buying zevexx LOL. Anyways, it's just sad to this happening this way, I've played a lot of F2P games and this one was the best by far, but the way they are going I'm actually looking forward to some GW2

Have fun and remember its only a game but i do have agree with Ebil on this, its getting OLD.
