I didn't know about the goodies that Zeevex gave us until I returned to RoM in November and have 8 pages of stuff just for RoM. I checked 2 with the earliest dates and both worked fine. Not sure what is happening maybe a major glitch in the system?

Add another one impacted by this problem. No idea how many 'old' pages I just lost worth of bonus items. :mad:

A reply from Zeevex:

Hi,
Those RoM items were expired because they were deleted in RoM's system without our knowledge, and they were no longer working. The vast majority of those items were over a year old and have not worked since this time last year or longer.
We did expire those items because of this issue. However, we are going to give you several working ADV bag codes to replace those codes we expired.

For future reference, these items, most likely will only be activated in RoM's system for a certain period of time, they never tell us when they will expire. So leaving/collecting these items in your Digital Locker makes is not advised. The best way to do it, is to get the short code from RoM for those codes, and then save those codes in your email or somewhere and use them when needed.

Zeevex simply gets the codes from our gaming partners, and we try to let you know when they will expire on the games system (if we are told) so that you can use them accordingly.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we are going to give you what we can to resolve this issue created by RoM.

In light of this, I'll apologize for going off on Frogster.

Though I still see something as fishy, Last week, I sent a friend a couple codes for items, he had no trouble redeeming them. I got those items with the very first zeevex cards I purchased, which was two toons away from my current one, by time, they were nearly 3 years old.

Just redeemed 5 zevexx cards and yea i know i wasnt going to buy any more, but what the hell :P Anyways even tho it shows Adv packs as a bonus item, I didnt get any :( so who knows

I would recommend contacting Zeevex on this matter, as this was done entirely through their system with their tools.

They should be able to issue new codes for you.

- Sleepypill, regarding your box set code, I recommend putting in a ticket on that matter. The support team can assist you with this issue.

I too lost about 9 pages of mostly adventurer packs and the majority of them were well under a year old and I had been redeeming them as recently as last month. I'm extremely upset at Zeevex ATM and not too happy with RoM either. If I can't get that stuff back from Zeevex I'll probably never buy their cards again and it may be the final straw with my RoM playing as well.

If there was some sort of dispute between Zeevex and RoM it would have at least been nice for either RoM or Zeevex to say you have until X date to redeem your items or contact support. But NOOOOOOO it seems like at time both companies are out to screw the players who actually spend theri real money in game...

I've gotten nothing so far and I'm dissapointed in both parties. I was excited at first by the Zeevek response, but the ticket was closed with no action. I spent money with the promise of recieving certian goods and services and now I feel shafted. If someone had just COMMUNICATED that items had an expiration date then I would have bought some more storage space and activated all the codes. Buyer beware.

From what I know, the majority of codes we issued to Zeevex should not have expired until 2020 or later.

While there are/were a few exceptions (or a few issued that were redeemable only once per account) this has usually been corrected on our end.

I'd suggest continuing to stay in contact with Zeevex on this matter, as they should know how many codes you previously had - Unfortunately, none of that data was stored in our systems.

The response you linked indicated that they are planning to issue you replacement codes, however - at this moment, I'd say that is your best bet.

While I can understand that it's frustrating to be "caught in the middle", please know that we haven't forgotten about you, and are still looking into this matter from our end.

At the top of the Zeevex site is a black bar labeled "Codes being expired from digital locker" follow the link, and zeevex states:

On April 13, we noticed that many users were having problems trying to redeem some Digital Locker codes. We determined that these codes had passed an expiration date within the game itself, and thus were no longer being honored. In order to prevent users from trying to redeem these codes, we expired them from users' lockers.

We are currently in the process of replacing these expired codes with equivalent ones for any users who had not redeemed theirs. You should see these replacement codes in your Digital Locker no later than Friday, April 20. Please feel free to contact our support desk with any questions or concerns.
