diamonds

I purchased diamonds today April 27,2012 exactly when they started the 110% sale an i have been waiting for my diamonds an i have filed a ticket an i still havent received my 6k diamonds yet ,i have logged completely out of game an logged back in an i have gone back to main character screen an logged back in from there an it shows that my bank account has been debited for the amount an i received the email saying it was done but still no diamonds.:mad:

Im also waiting on mine , Also got them as soon as the sale started . It's only 2k diamonds , But that's not maken me wanna get more tomorrow like i was going to do .. Took 5 mins two days ago when i payd ful price and there was'nt a sale going on .And iv never waited more then 20 mins in the 2+ years iv bin getting them .

20 Hrs later and still waiting .. I was going to get more cards today ,but im a breath way from getting the new game that just started yesterday.. You know the one where half my guild went to and are saying they will never come back from ....:mad:

24 Hrs later and iv still not got 1 diamonds from yous .. yous have bin payd , iv got the emails from UGC saying so , Now give me the diamonds i payd for yesterday.

I'm not very happy with this , and will think 4Xs before i put 1 more cent in your game .

It's the weekend meaning they don't work, sad thing they don't have shifts of weekend workers to deal with issues. But they adhere to the lazy weekend of no work so if you don't get the diamonds, ya gotta wait till Monday then you can harrass them more ;)

Bin waiting 104 Hrs now for diamonds that got payd for on Fri. I miss out on sale's .. Can even get myself a port rune to move around, Its not like im a new diamond buyer, bin getting them for over 2 years now with 0 prob. ( dont that make me a loyal buyer ?? )
I'm not even mad anymore ,yous have made me a FTP player , Grats on losen the 1000 $ a year i spend on the game ..

We on forums can not help with billing issues as much as I understand that you want a fast solution to possible delays or issues with your order. Only our support can assist you, who does work on weekends as well. It is all a matter on when it is your ticket's turn in the designated waiting queues. So I can only ask you to be patient and continue with our support staff.

In my signature you can find a small guide to our support portal that might explain why some answers are delayed.

I close his as billing issues can only be assisted with by our support teams.
