Zidlef, even if I have to admit that all 7 of you crashing at the same time is odd, it does not necessarily point to hacks, it could be an entire different server-related issue for your guild participating in this cross-server (beta) event.
To the best of my knowledge, the warden bug is fixed. If it is not more investigation and your
bug reports will be needed.
Videos, Screens and descriptions of actions you watched during a siege war can always indicate and support your suspicion, but are no proof in itself. I am no support girl and I am also no IT girl, so I can not give you the deep-in-depth explanations you want to hear what all could have possibly caused this and also can not explain to you how we can see in investigation and review of the reported players account if they cheated or not, that would be counter-productive anyways as it would tell the "enemy" our modus operandi.
What you will not get: Exploiters, Hackers and Cheaters Billboard
Not because we are scared nor do we worry that much that you catch the guy who nuked your gate in a game with a hack on the street and risk your entire future by taking the game revenge to real life.
Please leave the investigation and punishment of such actions to us. Our biggest concern and your biggest concern should be that the hacks and cheats are diminished and players should understand not to use them under the risk of permanently loosing their accounts and anything they invested in them. But this is no medieval marketplace and we will not put up a name and shame board to throw eggs at. For various reasons, among them that behind a player is always a real person and data protection extends even to something as tiny as a charname in a game if connected to possible TOS violations, also this game is not only for adults but for kids as well. Mobbing is the last thing we want and we sure will not support it, even if a kid did something wrong. What if another player has a char very similar named and is mistakenly taken for that billboard player. Could he ever play in peace? What if a player just got a warning for first offenses and got a second chance. Do you want to haunt him for the rest of your game live?
There sometimes is a learning curve in when you did something wrong. Games sure qualify for that.
What you want is not effective, nor will it scare other players from cheating. It will just make some players game-life more miserable, which is also a reason why we can only encourage you not to host such lists on fan-sites either. You never know on those lists if the player really did something wrong, just look at how easy it is to accuse a player of hacking on these forums and you have players who see it entirely different. You might end on such a list yourself and it will be a hell of a ride to get yourself of the list.
Please leave reported players and if they did something wrong or not to us. You do not need such lists.
This is a game. We all want you to enjoy it and that it be hacks and cheats free. We all work for that to the best we can. A name and shame board would not fix things any faster.
Not everyone you think hacked did indeed hack or cheat. Not everyone you lost a siege war against did something wrong, you'd be amazed what lag spikes and server glitches can do to make it look like a miracle-man-walking-through-my-closed-gate. Keep an open and fair mind on things, report everything you deem wrong. And don't forget that this is a game and Siege Wars is a beta content of a game. The world will not stop spinning if you loose a battle
