We can QQ all day long and until we can no longer type, simple fact of the matter is FEU doesn't care. There will be no response to this thread or any thread that is a complaint, cause no one over there has the ballz to say anything. So to everyone i say let the game die and move on, i still play the game but haven't spent a dime in months, $200 a month to nothing now and I'm sure there were a lot of ppl that have done the same as me. And I'm sure there are a lot of ppl that have stopped spending money, but until everyone and i mean EVERYONE stops buying diamonds then nothing will change. I also stand by something i said in a different post... This Game is dying and FEU is holding the shovel.

Have a nice Day :)

Constructive feedback without personal attacks we gladly take and calmly voiced complaints I gladly forward. Yet I see some rage in this thread and you can not discuss on that level.

Bottom line is: you do not agree with the pricing of the item. Point taken and gladly forwarded.

I sincerely hope you forwarded that we were unhappy with how high the item was priced, and not just with the current pricing on the item. The last thing this community needs right now is to see the extraction stone at a higher price next sale. It needs to come back down, pronto. Period.

Uh right. You all seriously don't get it. Why do you think there is rage? Because the constructive feedback doesn't get through. The community is angry, cant you see this? They are angry the CS is absurdly expensive, that they gave tremendous amounts of feedback about this and what we get are rising prices in the CS. Its like a slap in the face.

REPEATEDLY, this community has said that if the CS was more affordable they would purchase more and be happier with the game yet you continually raise the prices and say there are sales when the item is now more expensive. What the hell do you expect? Do your damn jobs and then you wont have to see this community rage on the forums. You continue to ask for feedback and then do the exact opposite of what the feedback says. If you cant comprehend why we are raging then I don't know what to say..........

Yeah, good luck with that... I've been here almost 1.7 years now and there has always been rage on the forums, just as predictable as "the game is dying" thing. It's a little community that cried wolf.

obviously you cant discuss properly at these rage levels but there shouldnt be this rage in the first place after what happened when it was raised to 59 it should have been quite obvious what would happen if it was raised to 99, doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that one out <.<
well whatever I know I didnt buy any and I know at least 10 people that were going to buy loads that bought NONE because of the prices.

@the sales team, What do you mean you don't agree with me!?

You don't really seem to address the actual topic, I know you had to defend a prior price increase on this same item, but now that it has seen a nearly 150% increase from its introductory, I'm can understand its easier to just let this one fade away. But usually the lack of an official response enrages the community far more.

I know the direction FEU is going in, you don't have to explain, short answer, there is a certain entitlement of exclusivity with chapter 5 release pending. The logic of the higher management is that "We only get this once a year or so, we can charge more and they will pay, give less diamond sales, increase popular items. They will pay"

But will they? Time will tell. This is the same reason in the bar business cover charge at my club was $5, but on New years $30. I will never fault capitalism, but as a business man I will point out a terrible strategy, the people making these decisions are not reading their best market research, these forums. I understand Dio you will not forward rants, or flame however that leaves only a small percentage of posts going to QA.

I really want you all to make money, grow and succeed, but this is not the way. You rely on repeat customers. Don't ever forget that in you future strategies. Thank you.

All right then, if these are 'your' rules, then here we go...I am 'calmly' complaining about the pricing on the random extraction stones. I must assure you that many, many players from my guild and Artemis in general agree with me, according to guild chat and world shouts. My 'constructive' advice would be to either put them in the cash shop permanently at 99 diamonds or less, and then have a 'real' sale price for them. My other advice would be to forward to someone who actually can do something about it our desire to have a diamond sale. Without any 'rage' going on here, I must tell you that I and many, many others wanted these stones very badly, were prepared to buy a metric ton of them, and have refused to do so because of the sales team's strategy. I very much appreciate that they stack now...it's just too bad I cannot see that in action on my account for the immediate future.

take off your grandma's hat so blood can get to the brain, that way you can absorb whats going on in the world of Rom.
The quoted comment was nothing but a troll it has no place in this thread all you managed to say was Stop QQ'ing over a price hike to the otherwise faithful(financially atleast) player base. Can you really see it fit to defend their recent string of actions. you really cannot come into this particular thread and say that. this is probably the only rage thread that actually makes sense especially since this topic was addressed at the last price increase.
CM's are saying they forward feed back, im not saying they aren't doing it since its their job, what most of us are mad about is the fact that the feed back seems to stop at the CM level . it can be argued that it doesnt but as the uninformed player base we can only go by the facts

fact1: A former we dont like the price increase / lack of good sales/ lack of xp/tp events/ (insert other issues here) thread(s) was put out and thoroughly discussed "fed forward"
Fact2: Following those threads...They gave us another price increase / more lousy sales/ XP/TP events that couldnt hold a candle to "FA"/ didn't fix (insert other issues here)

What would be the natural reaction to this , rage!!! hence your comment was a simple troll and should be moved ( what you did was liken to going to someone who was just robbed, had evidence of the person who did it, told the police and all the cops could say was we'll see what we can do" then enter vfwiffo saying "quit complaining no matter what the police do your gonna QQ anyway so shut up") deny it if you want but its true

I have been here more then 1.7 years, and yes I do think ROM is in trouble. Sure when the big game last spring launched we had a bunch of folks leave, but many of them came back for Chapter 4. Problem was Chapter 4 didn't address enough problems with game (hello Rogue / Warden balancing) , nor the bad blood from the infamous anniversary diamonds - so alot of players I know of left after going through that.

For a couple of years ROM had a good niche of being a nice MMO without a monthly fee, but now they arent the only game in town. Even if you ignored their pricing problems, it is really nice to play a competitor game that doesn't crash multiple times.

Right now if they offered diamond rebates to players over the last year, and lowered prices (which I have suggested since before chp 4 release) - I think now it wouldn't be enough. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Chp 5 pulls a rabbit out of the hat - but I wont spend money expecting it to happen.

Also the lack of community outreach like Swag, rom news videos, etc - plus I havent seen Rom advertise on gaming sites in ages - tells me that other people arent that confident Chapter 5 is going to bring ROM back to its heyday either. (I am not slighting the CM's here with that - that isnt their job)

Guys, 59 Dias per Random Extractor was obviously a Post-Introductory Offer.... See you all when they are at the true 120 Dia Per:D

I like how we get 50% more diamonds for some pretty decent saled clothes but no dia sale on the 'more' then 100% increase of the randoms

its like when everyone was getting hacked and megaphones were going on sale lol

I would say even the clothes offering is bad. They have had these same sets before this year at least once, maybe twice.

Considering the content in the ROM database, I dont understand why they continue to limit themselves so much on special item sells.

I don't understand the fuss here. The random extractors really just give a stat and a clean piece of gear to clean stat. A convenience item, absolutely, but not worth 99 dias. You are better off getting 2 Puris on sale.

Disagree. Those are important. Item cleaning is very expensive with regular cleaner, because they are badly overpriced at 150 dias (I think, they are not regularly stocked). And all that great OD gear with sub-optimal stat on it needs to be cleaned. So, this cleaner was a bargain - not only does it clean, but it preserves the stat that might be used as a fail or perhaps sold to another class that needs it more. It's primary use is not to create T5s, it's primary use is to clean.

I've never used the random extractors, so how do they work, when you use them to remove a stat do you get the stat on a mana stone or is the stat just lost?

You get stat on a stone and gear without that stat, which usually means clean gear. Regular attribute-purifying stones are the ones that lose the stats. Their only use, really, in preference to random extractors, is if you want to remove more than one.
