ps. when will they be up again? (guess we just weren't supposed to notice?)

It was possible to duplicate runes, I saw 10 x Loot X in auction house here in EU for example.

They state the servers will be down for 3 hours.

Wow... how many LOOT III (the highest they have sold so far) is a LOOT X? 2100 charges...

I see why they wanted to fix this (after you invest the initial 2100 charges you save 2100 charges every time you dup it... ouch on FEU's old pocket book for charges eh)

Yeah and they let them use charges in first place so more cash shop sell and then remove those runes. So win win situation for frogster.
Could this be a conspiracy from there side?

Looks like a rollback! Seriously the new frogster is making all sorts of people mad, and more importantly they know the staff is dwindled down to a handful of people, they are not in game at all. As for charges, im betting they can dupe those too.

I don't get it, this company has a game that can do $10 million per year on the US side, and it is abandoned, it gets it sales second hand. I'm just amazed, when it comes to MMO staffing, less is not more.

According to the Euro facebook page unscheduled maintenance regarding a small patch to fix the exploit of duplicating runes

HunnyBMean is correct, this is an unscheduled maintenance in which we will apply a fix for one of our current issues. The servers should be back up approximately two hours from the time of this post.

Why even have a US Forum/homepage when we need to go to the EU one to find anything out anyway. This is top of the EU home page

"Dear Runes of Magic players On Wednesday, 23rd May 2012, all European Runes of Magic servers will go down for an unplanned maintenance.
Our servers will be taken offline between 13:00 CEST and return approx. at 16:00 CEST.

The browser version of the game run on Kalydo will not be available as well during the maintenance.

There was, but only from EU side and here on our servers, via the Spanish forums.
Also, in game, we had a 30 minute warning to log.

Not that I bought any, but once again, those who BOUGHT those items twill once again be out their gold. How nice o Froggy. When are they gonna be nice ter their customers an not jus their bottom line (Course, iffn they twere smart they would realize that bein nice ter their customers IS bein nice ter their bottom line, but they no can see that connection yet).

Is there no one in at the control tower of Frogster to update the ROM web site that the servers are going down. After I couldn't log in this morning I checked the ROM web site for some clue to what's happened. Maybe there's some confusion within Frogster as it clearly says Server Maintence complete, All Runes of Magic Servers are up and Running Again. Once again the people who play ROM are shunned and left disgruntled by the inadequacy of the Frogster Control Tower. Surely, should the servers go down unsheduled, someone could take 2 mins to post a note in the Runes of Magic Web site.
I have to agree with Regentego, this is a good game and could bring in a lot of money for the owners, but they treat their customers with complete contempt. Please, take some advice and improve your customer relations, listen to their issues and respond to them asap. I know some people who had items stored in their house maids go missing and followed proceedure by submitting tickets immediately only to wait 7 months to get some sort of compensation, which was not compatiable with the current end game gear and prices.
Please, get people who can do the job properly.
