Survey kinda missed the point?

Dionaea posted a RoM/Gaming survey today : http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=71478

While the survey questions are nice, like "do you think the community is satisfied with RoM?" (we all know the results of that though :p), it didn't have any questions on player opinion regarding IS and IS offers, which is a big source of player discontentment at the moment.

So while they can get results on whether the players are content with the current state of the game, if the results show that players are not, they won't really know that a lot of that has to do with the IS (correct me if I'm wrong here).

But +1 to the questions about bug fix speeds. Maybe the results will motivate them fix up bugs faster in Chapter V :D

some of the questions i felt i needed a better way to answer.

LIke if that survey was for Nytefall only, my answers would VASTLY differ then if it included the rest of the Frogster customer support. He is literally one of the only redeemable qualities of their entire customer service. It is our treatment by almost everyone else that is the problem.

Also was hard to answer the way i wanted which was. Game is great--- support is horrible and the treatment to paying players is horrid. However the game itself is very fun

DIo in my opinion can just answer questions like a politician. As we all know someone like Swag (who doesnt act like a politician) has done the most for the game, besides Nytefall. However i would be ok with Nytefall fighting Dio IG with us all to watch for the title of supreme overlord.

In my evening of insomnia I randomly stumbled back here and took the survey. I appreciated the question with regard to if I still play, and if not, why I left. I was honest, but I think it threw me out of the iPad raffle.

There really should've been a box at the end for additional comments for people to clarify things. Perhaps it was for the better as I don't think anyone would've taken the time to read through my wall of shenanigans.

For me.. even though she wasn't a moderator... brashendeavors was the most helpful Ever.. dio and kalvan.. as for Game moderators.. The only one who ever helped me was icarii.. I have never seen one since.
