Just found out, a guy in my guild has lost 35 stacked. I have lost like 9.....really RoM??? These cost a real lot of diamond. I still have my ticket open from losing my chest, now this?? It is time you returned things people work hard for. And I buy diamonds with my real life money

Makes this choice questionable now.

I knew nothing good was going to come of their raising the price astronomically on the stupid things, but this takes the cake. First Froggy charges out the wazoo, then the items disappear. SO glad I did not buy any since the 59 dia sale.

Corruption in item description table could very well be single server issue. I don't see people on Reni screaming, so either it is server specific, user specific or perhaps they just did not notice yet.

Chances are that Frogster removed peoples stacks of Random Extractors because a lot of people bought them when they were cheap at 39 dias when first released. Then they upped it to 59 dias and finally 99 dias in the last sale.
Makes sense to me. They want to remove the ones in game so people buy more

Glad I didn't buy anymore. I bought many when they were at 39 dias...seemed a decent deal.
I haven't bought diamonds in several months now ( I have already spent way more on this game than any game in my history of gaming)
I haven't bought diamonds because not only has the prices increased and has not been any worthy diamond sales....there is not much action in the game anymore...hardly anyone playing and really not much to do in it anymore.

Reni is pretty dead atm at end game. We do ToSH here and there but its mostly pugged with Heretic and XG. Happens at the end of chapters but does seem more pronounced this time around then before. Also, many students are finishing up their studies so don't have time to play. Crap IS deals/prices are not helping either.

I submitted my ticket before even posting on the forums, though from previous lost items i do not put much faith in getting them returned but hope i am wrong. I lost 52 of them and at current prices that is 5148 diamonds and will likely be more next time they are offered. Yes they were in my item shop bag.

I am so disgusted with this game. Our accounts are not safe, items we purchase are not safe, housekeepers go missing, chests disappear, poor support, item shop prices increase, bugs and the list continues to grow. I have been here since the beginning because it was a very fun game. But the publishers of this game has ruined the once awesome experience this game provided. Why should any of us stick around any longer, we have been here several months too long now and things continue to get worse.

I hate to say this but it might be due to the recent duplicating of items. Unless you can prove you bought the items from the CS (which you can through the diamond buying reports) then I do not think most have a case. Hopefully this can be taken care of quickly though.

To my knowledge, this is not related to that issue. Rest assured that we will also investigate all reports to the best of our ability.

Support may require the name of the player that sent these items to you, but provided you removed them from the mail and they entered your character's inventory, there should be a clear log of how many you obtained and how many were used.

I see no difficulties so far in making sure all of these items are returned. Please, however, answer any questions that support asks you completely, and to the best of your ability.

Even a general answer ("I got them sometime in March", for example) is better than "I don't know."

But to trace what might be causing this, I would like to ask for more details:

- Which zone and what channel have you been in when you noticed the loss?
- Did you move or split the stack when the loss appeared?
- How high was the stack in size?
