Firstly, I didn't notice the loss until someone mentioned the issue in World Chat...therefore, I am not sure when the loss occurred.
To answer your questions:

- Which zone and what channel have you been in when you noticed the loss?
Channel 1 - Varanas
- Did you move or split the stack when the loss appeared?
No, but I did stack them the morning of the patch that allowed them to stack. That was the last time I moved them from my bank page to my item shop bag.
- How high was the stack in size?
I only had a stack of 7

-I was in Logar but did not pay attention to which channel i was in

-I did not touch the stack after they disappeared and not certain which day it happened. I too only noticed after a couple world shouts yesterday afternoon while i was on an alt then logged onto my toon and they were gone.
-The stack had 53 in my item shop bag. I stacked them together the morning of the patch which allowed us the option so i could regain storage space.

I was in my house.
The stones have been untouched since I stacked them the day the patch came out when this became possible.
Stones were in my bank, page 1.

I took out the ticket for my lost stones.

Im hoping this time it does not take 5+ months to return the lost items I paid cash money for like the last time your system bugged out and lost my items.
