Crash on Accepting Party Invite

As of late, people have been crashing upon accepting party invites. It's not consistently every party invite I receive but it has increased in frequency enough for people to notice. Has any one else noticed?

I havent noticed anything but the only reason I could see would be the gui lag from all the party stuff opening if you have a bunch of add ons going thats stressing it out as is. (pbinfo/autocraft etc)

I have crash problem in dalanis sewers when I accept party invitation. My friend also facing same problem.
