access to US servers

My accnt will not access the US servers. It acts as though I already have secondary passwords that I don't have. The European servers work fine, So I'm wondering if I'm the only one having this problem, and , if not, what I can do about it. Also I am not being allowed to create support tickets.

I've moved this to Questions & Answers, mainly because responses aren't allowed in the Constructive Feedback forum. I do have possible answers for your questions.

Obviously, your forum account here is functional. If you think your game account may not be, go here: https://account.frogster-america.com/ You will need to log in using the email address and password linked to your forum account. Click on the Game Accounts tab and under Runes of Magic, see if the game account has been created. That's the first step.

The second step is to start the game launcher. Look in the lower right corner for the Region/Language button. Click it, select USA and English from the dropdowns, then click Apply. Start the game and see if your game account and password will work towards logging in.

As for your secondary password, you created one the first time that you selected a server and created a character on it. If you have forgotten your secondary password, the only way to have it reset is to go to the Support Portal. You can user the Contact Support link in my sig or one of the Support links on the website's main page. You will have to create a Support account there. Do so, and make sure that you use the email address which is linked to your forum/game account. If you do not do this, Support will be unable to help you.

Once you've created the Support account, you can begin a ticket to have Support reset your secondary password. Entitle the ticket "Reset Secondary Password", and in the body of the ticket, make the request. Be sure to also provide the following information:

Game account name
Server played on
Main character name

Please be patient, it may take a day or two to receive a response from Support. The response will come to the email address used for your forum/game and Support accounts.

I have tried to do that many time but keep getting a page error. Seems to me this is way to complicated and Frogster doesn't want me to play the game. It's just that it's a really good game and I now have a friend who is playing so I want to play but Frogster won't let me!

If you're getting a page error from the support site, send an e-mail from your registered e-mail address to support@frogster-online.com - we'll get it and be able to help. :)
