When TB opened up I know a lot of people were complaining that there weren't enough quests to level up. Personally, I raised my primary to cap, and my secondary about 3/4 of the way to 70. So I feel that a lot of it has to do with the way you turn in quests and handle debt. Did the same on LoM and Redhill Key, don't turn in when you have debt, and when you reach cap on one class, stop turning in quests untill you change class. If both you 'normal' classes are at cap, stop turning in the quests at all, and bank them for the next new zone or turn them in on third. Better to bank them because if a few quests are going to short you for TP, you're doing something wrong.

This may have been talked about allready but in the new zone will the level of the quests go to the level cap and if not what level will they go up to or will the quest line be cut short so people have to spend a krap load of money on daily resets. Just wondering

I only see one. The first dungeon is in the new starter zone so that is for low levels and then the other dungeon for high levels.

my theory for the lower lvl instance is that it is lvl 26-28, because runesdatabase has a whole set of weapons lvl 28 that are named "hochim ______". i think these may be the weapons from the new low lvl instance...hochim does sound like a good dwarven name...after all, the hochim set from WB is chain, which kinda seems dwarvish...

I believe I have seen the Hochim weapons drop in FA, but I can't remember if I am correct there. I am certain I got one from somewhere...

That's a Windmill weapon, not a Hochim weapon.
Of course, the Hochim stuff is most closely associated with the Logar Windmill but if you farm FA and MA often enough, you may get a surprise...
