about the "blank code" problem, it exists. see explanation below =)
I'll forward this to the people who are able to re-send it, but no guarantees. The number of codes created for the newsletters are limited, and based on the people who are signed up at the time.
Make sure your e-mail client isn't blocking any portion of the message, and if the problem persists, please submit a ticket with the "Contact Support" link in my sig.
It seems like a general (global!) issue:
I have gotten the email twice now. One time without the code visible (and even after clicking on the link to the frogster page there was no code inside, not even in the pages sourcecode).
Then a second one, which was fine. For the same account.
But i'll re-check right now.

Yep, indeed. OFC it only affects my EU account, but the problem seems global (i do not have any level20 characters on US side, so im obviously not getting the code on US side, still my EU account had the same problem ;-).
As a proof the code is not there even when you click on the "If the newsletter seems to be broken, please click here" link i'll just PM nytefall the defective link just for confirmation that the problem exists. Ofc he cant solve EU problems and i dont expect him to
