Priest Heals Nerfed?

I'm sorry if this was already posted somewhere, but can someone confirm or deny that at this moment, Priest heals have been nerfed? I'm getting reports in my guild from Priest/Scouts that their Urgent Heal used to be 35k to 50k, and now it's 12k to 15k. Also that Group Heal was 50k - 60k and now it's 20k.
They did redistribute their TP properly; their skill levels for those 2 heals are the same as they were before the patch.

So is there anyone that can verify there was a nerf? Or is anyone else having this problem? And if not, any guesses on why my guild mates are having this issue?

Thanks ^^

EDIT: Grrr just got the same report of a nerf from a Druid/Mage in my guild >.<; So druids too then....

My heals are the same. The p/k's that I run with everyday haven't noticed any change to their healing. In fact, they're still critting 150k+ group heals.

I'm assuming the issue is you lost tp and couldn't get your skills as high as before and it just seems like they got nerfed :)

Nope, that is not it because that was the first thing they checked. It is not a TP issue. So far up to 4 reported cases from priests and druids that their heals have been halved. X_X Maybe it's only my server? lol

EDIT: Just double checked with the druid/mage, who is level 61. He said he had his heal maxed at 61 before Chapter 5, and after the patch he was able to max it at 61 as well. He didn't change his gear at all yet or anything. I'm seriously at a loss trying to help them figure out how or why this happened. =/

EsXcape, have them look at their tp allocation again.

Druid's have a skill called Pure Healing which is their passive healing mastery, and Priests have the same thing, called Faith.

These work similar to a Mage's elemental masteries (which is why some mages thought they were nerfed, they forgot to put points in them or in Wisdom, mage's Intel boosting skill).

Pure Healing and Faith both max out at 50, and I'd be willing to bet your nerfed healers just forgot what those skills do, since no one ever uses them- they just sit there passively. But they both have a massive effect on healing power, and forgetting about them will most definitely feel like a big ugly nerf.

Priests/scouts (probably all priests actually) need to remember to upgrade Prayer as well, which is the magical water damage mastery. A priest/scout in my guild was convinced Ice Blade was nerfed into the ground until he realized that he'd forgotten to max that skill out also.

Hope that fixes the problem- let me know if it doesn't, ok? :)

Ok I will check with them when they log back in. Thanks for helping, I'll let you know if that was the issue or not xD

Yeah, i think Dellen is right. On my M/P, my urgent heals are still going for 10k. I didn't notice any nerf.

Ok I checked in with the Priest/Scout and they said they had their TP the same as it was before the patch; all TP in the proper skills and passives, etc.

However, he said that when he relogged, his heals were functioning normally again. So I think the issue is a system bug, but no idea what had caused it. In any case, since relogging solves the issue, that's what we'll be telling our healers if it happens again. xD

Mod, you can close the thread and archive it or whatever. :) Thanks everyone for the suggestions and help! <3
