It relates to the EU only Score for More event, the character transfer part allows you to change which character you use to earn rewards.

ArkanaROM is correct. I did a little asking around and was told the following:

"Basically, a SfM [Score for More] account takes into account only one character in all of the characters present on your account. You would ideally use it with your favorite character. A Transfer Tickets enables you to change the character in the Score for More scheme (if you want to create a new character in the game for example, without losing the benefits gained with the old one)"

So, the "character transfer ticket" is not for moving a RoM character from one server to another, but is a mechanism inside the Score for More promotion that allows you to change a named "favorite" RoM character to a different character, so it will receive SfM rewards.

Now that they've brought American servers more in line with EU as far as the cash shop, promotions and so forth, I'd like to see them bring the Score For More program over to us. It seems like logical enough to me. It will probably never happen but I think it should.

But it totally makes sense. We can now buy endless diamonds for prices even worse than the chapter 4 inflation! That's so much better than getting just 15 a day for cheap from Cedric!

Gosh, I'm so glad Gameforge is keeping the majority of its playerbase in mind.

Everyone wanted Diamonds back on the Auction House but people also forgot that when players ultimately control the prices on the Auction House and can monopolise over it.

Yup, I agree, all this time people saying bring Diamonds back, I was saying it would make things worse. Last time diamonds were in the AH you didn't need diamonds nearly as much as you do now. We had +6 and 40 green dex.
