So there are rumors floating around that it is because we don't win flawlessly (because we cap and hold towers instead of getting the castle crystal). This dosent explain why we dident get packages on loss.
Much as I'd like to simply switch our strategy to earn rewards- one way is no more valid than the other, at least according to the game coding. You can win siege by capping and holding more towers than the other guy. The crystal is an extra way to win siege- but it is not necessary in order to do so.
The rewards should go to whomever wins/loses, regardless of the outcome of the matchup. Right now we're not getting anything for having even participated, except a 2 minute epeen boost for most of our players if we win. They need to do one of the following:
(A) provide another way to earn the siege rewards in game. This already applies to the guild resource packages, as they are available in the IS, and honor points can be provided by winning in the Arena- but the badge loss is not currently available to be made up anywhere else. Perhaps they could tack these on as rewards for "sieging" with a group against a world boss, or for completing a "worldwide" instance.
(B) Look at the coding or server to discover what is causing entire guilds to not recieve rewards and fix whatever went wrong.
