Sadly, it makes sense to remove the statement, as it wasn't actually implemented in the patch.
In a world of black, white, and grey... I'd be bright friggin' purple. M/P on Reni.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but Frogster removed the "damage reduction in siege" portion of the chapter 5 patch notes. Sneaky, sneaky.

they do that a lot. most people just don't notice.

I'm a little lost here people are complaining about x/k or k/x being strong defensively that's unheard of a tank class that doesn't take much damage I like it might have to try one

I think the best dmg reduction they could do for siege is remove the ability to use every freaking buff in the game. Phirius Potions are not allowed so why not remove the ability to use Invis Pots/Codex Foods..Potions... and all the other silly buffs that I cannot think about nor name atm.

Only buffs allowed should be Guild buffs and buffs from Castle Constructs ( Stable/Production Factory )

That would go a long way to allowing us to actually have decent fights in siege.

Yes, but they usually don't have to remove anything from the patch notes if they can implement and/or fix any issues during a maintenance. Its removal signifies that they aren't trying to add it in anytime soon...or perhaps they had tried and failed. There is still a chance that the next patch will include it, but for now we'll have to cast it out of our minds. :/
