The thing that never made sense to me about pets is stoppage of decent eggs at AV. Yeah, TH-TB chain of zones is new continent, and so is Frost Island and whenever Rorazan is. Still, I wanted the cavies in new zones to follow the pattern of cavies in old zones.

Most processes in ROM are about slow gradual development. You train your crafting, gathering, HKs over time, you gear over time, you level over time. And so are pets - you grow them over time. And then you stop at high 30s or low 40s, and only thing you can do is buy your way to a better pet. I'd be happy to carry traps and continue trapping cavies past TH if I got something decent, but it seems like they just left that system wither from what it started as.

And I agree which is why I would like to see eggs in the Item shop, you want fast easy leveling you pay.

Eggs in the item shop is not very good idea because we will be more dependent on IS. I think it's better to have an NPC to sell some amount of eggs per day for gold as we used to have once. It would be a good gold sink and also help newbie players to lvl up their pets.

I levelled my pet 1-50 on justmillers cake.. it only took 1-200 hundred mil max. So yes it is an exaggeration.

From 31 ( my current pet lvl ) to 50 it takes 497325 exp, that's 49733 cakes which is about 180m.

Yeah sure, I can do that, but how about you pro's think about new players. This is the biggest problem on the forums, the OPs forget we all started with nothing. Especially not 200 mil gold, or the ability to run Tosh.

how do you suppose we all got our first pets? think geared people magically became that way in a day?
