shawalker, im going to assume you are troll. no class gets a nerf for pvp qq's. never ever saw fb casted 2 in 1 second. just remember next time u need a mob banished where wardens went.

see, i wasn't talking about warden/warrior at all. being as you are clearly broken now, which they are fixing with tomorrow's maintenance. i was talking about every other warden combination. My frantic briar, before the nerf, hit for 230k every time I crit. Will attack and double chop never came close.

I am lead to believe that the drop in Frantic Briar dmg is due to it no longer having a channeling time so no longer gets the CT bonus. I find that acceptable but not the 12 second cool down. Before, it took 2 seconds to cast and then only had a global cool down of 1 second. So that was a new Frantic Briar every 3 seconds. So going from every 3 seconds to every 12 seconds is a little over kill. It would seem that 6 seconds would have been a little more justified. That is only twice the original time and with the drop in DMG it is more than enough.

Yes, the reason for the drop in damage of Frantic Briar is because it was changed from a casted spell to an instant. The %DPS on the tooltip stayed the same. We just lost the cast time multiplier that was on the skill. And no, Frantic Briar did not have a global cooldown as it was a casted spell. Casted spells do not have global cooldowns. And yes, 12 second CD on Frantic Briar currently is stupid. Either change it back to as it was, or put a 3~4 second CD on it and keep it as an instant. Even a 6 second cooldown is quite long considering the damage reduction it has taken and is the only "real" AoE non Wdn/W's have. Cross Chop only hits in a straight line in front of you, the new PoTWS only hits up to 3 tops.

biggest fail with potws as an aoe is u have to have a target selected. u cant just blast a area like u could with frantic briar to flush out rogues like u could before with will attack, wich is no longer even an attack but a useless passive buff. and a passive buff thats tied to a skill that has become even more useless now, frantic briar. all things considered, the changes to charged chop and potws are kinda nice, takes less time to kill mobs when grinding but pushes us into a 2 button spam rotation. ive been experimenting with different rotations on my wrd/w but since the nerf to my pdef, i havent been asked to go anywhere beyond dod. i did do some mem farming in gce and still managed to hold aggro ok, but, its just not the same. i may as well roll a whole new class combo toon and learn those skills than to learn these changed skills.

just want will attack back. was a good damage skill, placed a debuff on the targets, and ramped up aggro generation. now its nothing.

The nurf to "Will Attack" (Ward/War elite), was upsetting... that was the biggest nurf I've seen in a LONG time. Basically took an instant cast aoe with debuff, with a 6 second cd and separate timer from FB... cut the skill completely, mashed the debuff onto frantic briar, doubled the length of it's cooldown and gave you the finger as they walked away...

Overall I'm happy with the DPS changes, FB I dont agree with (2 sec cast 3 sec cd or instant 5-6 sec cd would be better) I know its old content but it was fun being able to full clear hotdl solo

Well here it is Tues the 24th and after a prolonged and i mean prolonged maintainance, STILL NO FIX to wardens. Say what you will but, this just goes to prove several things about Froggy/Rune, they are LIARS and they don't listen to the ppl that make them money ie buying diamonds.

I used to have /wd when i was a little noob... then someone made fun of me for picking it and i dropped it for scout or mage or something. After this patch i owe that person a HUGE thankyou. lol.. i hope you wardens get what you deserve back, because the patch and the handling of its aftermath are downright pitiful

Going to keep this alive and not let it get buried. Can we get some sort of comment on when if they are actually going to reverse or fix some of the nerfs to the Wardens? If your not going to anything else then you ppl at least need to make sure the changes you made actually work right... So any GM/CM care to comment or are u too afraid?
