Where do you get the Cancer Pet Crystal?

Has anyone had any luck getting the cancer pet crystal from the event? What activities in the event will drop the crystal?

What he said, just do the weaving event in central plaza over, and over, and over, and over. I kept turning in 6 goddess packages to try for the wings, and one time I just randomly got the crystal. By that time, I had enough water elements to instantly make it an adult pet. Good luck :)
