Runes of Magic US / AU

Please could you tell me how long do we have to endure the patchwork quilt effect in Logar and other areas.

For three weeks now we have had to endure this crazy effect, not to mention the fact that the water effect is giving me a headache, don't insult my intellegence by telling me to turn down my visual effects. My visual effects and settings were fine prior to the new chapter being released.

I'm sorry, I don't want to sound like some ranting idiot, but there is also the problem of the warning that 'my computer has reached a dangerous low memory level,' I get almost everytime I transport anywhere, not to mention the 'automatic log out' as we call it now when we crash.

It's becoming a joke that these failings are still with us. It would pay you better to sort these problems and get positive feedback from the people that play Runes of Magic to other gamers, than to make a fancy new website.
Who gives a hoot about Flo and Andy and what they get up to, I'd bet if they were real life characters they would be saying the same.
Why doesn't your Tech dept spend the time sorting out the main problems within the game itself or is there some major bug preventing these fixes.
These forums are our (the players) chance to air our praises, complaints and advice. I would love to get an answer from the tech dept or someone who knows why these problems are still in the game, and why they can not be fixed.
