Two Diamond orders not received !

Hi,

Was wondering if I'm the only one not getting my diamonds.

I bought $50 dollars worth of diamonds on Saturday for the specials and received no diamonds. Again, on Sunday evening I bought another $50 dollars worth of diamonds for the Sunday sales thinking that whatever the problem would be fixed and again no diamonds?

So now, I'm out $100 dollars, no diamonds and no weekend packages.

The only way to get any help on something like this is to send in a support ticket.

I did send two separate tickets in for both incidences but I have not received a automated reply for Saturday's purchase but did receive one for this evenings purchase.

If you had the order numbers you could bundle both in one ticket (as it stands you should ask to merge the two). Request to have the helper/gm/cm to "spend dias" for you on the packages. I've had this done in the past and I'm sure they will oblige. They have the ability to send you any item and deduct dias from your account. It should be okay. Had this issue once. Depending on payment method things happen.

Was it your first purchase on this game?? if it was we had new players get that situation. It's like they want to verify all your info. By writing to support it should be ok, but do use reply in your e-mail client when they send you the 2nd e-mail, or else you will get the run around.

Hope it helps

I really think they should have a designated support for purchasing problems. Paying players should be top priority. I know that sounds a bit egocentric but a player who drops $100 needs to get taken care of before someone who accidentally threw out a T9.

I second that paying customer should be top priority, but any DIAS purchase should be take care right away, as that is blood of the game.

Like when someone likes to spend some RL money on crazy sales raves did on Reni last weekend. (just to get enough of ABLs)

I've had a lot of ud tosh gear saved up that I didn't think was worth my own ABL, but was worth a package of them to others ;)

Figured the ABL investment > short term gold income loss Id get.
