Buying diamonds...

WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE SO HARD??? Why did you guys remove the option to spend $5 or $10 dollars on mobile? Due to that, I can't buy any diamonds. So once again....thanks. Don't worry about fixing the game. No one is really playin much anyways. And feel free to switch all this stuff that doesn't matter...like how much u can spend with a mobile device. Cause that totally takes priority. Thanks to that choice...U don't get money from me. Once again, ROM fails. errr...is still failing.

People actually use the mobile method with it's massive amount of fees? Wow.

I'll ask some questions on this, but this is the first I've personally heard of this particular issue.

It may be something to do with our payment processor for these types of payments.

Paypal is pretty awesome when it comes to that actually, they offer a pretty decent service at a pretty decent rate even in countries like that.

People give paypal a lot of crap but if there's one thing they do well it's dealing with international transactions and stuff like that, I hear some people like Bitcoin but eh I hardly consider that a legitimate form of transaction.

Can buy prepaid credit cards anywhere, even online if you have a way to handle electronic payments.

I use them quite a bit for online purchases, I view them as more secure because I'd much rather put a prepaid card number on the internet than my personal card.

Yeah i have no idea. There has always been an option to get the 5 and 10 dollar diamonds. Now only the 25 dollar option which my cell phone service says no to. Kinda a bummer. There is always something stopping me from buying. either the page not working or ya'll take the 5 and 10 dollar options off everytime there is a sale. I used IE, Chrome, and firefox and only get the 25 dollar option. As soon as the sale is done it will give the 5 and 10 option. u just wait. :/

Besides the phone issue is anyone else having issues using their own personal zeevex? Or did I miss something as far as they no longer take them? I get to the confirm screen and it doesnt give me anything to press to confirm

That's an interesting thing to note - it may be related to the sales script, then, and somebody "oopsed" a button. I'll definitely pass it along, but unfortunately, they probably won't re-appear during this particular sale.

I remember back when credit cards were like that. You paid the credit card surcharge or they had high minimum, because they were losing too much money on fixed fees when you charged little piddly amounts. Of course, then they stopped doing that, and everyone paid the same price, cash or credit. Obviously, the price was higher. It was one of those stupid things where you ended up subsidizing someone else's purchases, because they insisted on getting the convenience but were unwilling to paying for it.

This looks like same type of deal.

The other way to approach that was I used Internet Explorer instead of Chrome and suddenly it worked, I think there might be something wrong with the script for Zeevex purchases.

The problem appears to be in the RoM diamond purchasing page not the zeevex page, since it's the diamond purchase page which has only the 'back' button option and no further options to complete the purchase.
