Getting some serious lag spikes on the Palenque server today, more than normal, anyone else haveing issues? I would submit a ticket for the problem but the support site seams to be down as of 13:00pst.
If you were using the "This Way To Support" button on the right side of the main website page, this is a known problem. Instead, use the Support link under the "Account" tab at the top right of the page.
I tried both, says the page doesn't exist, the lag spikes are still here. I run normally between 70-90ms, but am spiking right now to 5k and settles around 400ms. My guild mates are having the sam lag spikes, can't run anything harder than regular mobs due to lag.
Oh and just for a little more info, i figure it to be system wide on your end, all of your webpages are loading really slow, not having any problems on any other sites.
YAY, the support site has come to life now, gues i just had to wait 10 minutes for the page to load, and as i sit here and type this, i just lag dropped from the game. I will supply a support ticket now.
Happening on Reni as well, ping spikes reach 5-6k, then drop down to normal after a few seconds. And before you ask, no, its not my router, etc. I have all the MAC address filter to block every single connection but my own from my laptop. No background programs running, and others are experiencing the same in world chat. The spikes are happening at the same time for all of us.

Still happening here on Palenque, I have lag dropped from the game 4 time in 1 hour. I was finally able to submit a support ticket when the website finally loaded. I am pretty sure at this time they are haveing a major issue, maybe being attacked, as it is not just an issue with the game but all ROM websites also. Make that 5 times in 1 hour as i type this post.
Might help to know where you guys are. I am not experiencing any appreciable lag, and I am not close to the server in Florida (I am in belly of the beast, Washington, DC).

Tucson, AZ. It doesn't show immediately, just go and attack a few things, it starts to get bad, and the guild mates that were on, were from the west coat area, west, midwest and east coast all reporting lag, so idk. what server are ou on vfwiffo?
