I have heard of some horror stories with support from people here on forums, but in my experience support has been excellent. I always get a response within 24 hours and they are very professional and helpful. Now, the issue is not always resolved with the first response since sometimes the issue can be somewhat complicated and it takes a few back and forths for support to figure out a solution. However, they never take more than 24 hours to respond. Once, I even got a response within 45 minutes!
If your problem does not involve game fixes, prices on IS or complain about some necessary item on IS, I believe you. Otherwise I'll stick with tha guy that said, pics or didn't happened
lol you message support to complain about prices on IS and items in IS? I'm pretty sure support is there to deal with things that involve technical support, in-game bugs, and things of that nature. I am not surprised that support did not solve your IS issues in a timely manner, since that is not their department.
