Thank you Support!

I had an issue this morning that was pretty extreme (in game terms). I sent in a ticket and within 4 hours, support had completely corrected the problem and helped me avoid disaster.

I've had good luck with support as well, for the most part. Only time they were slow to respond was when I was using "the wrong" method of contact. Now, how would I have know it was wrong, I'm not sure... but once I found the correct method, I've had a response within 24 hours. To be honest I don't recall what the wrong method was (I think in-game report), and don't exactly know what the correct method ended up being (some link in a GMs signature I think -- which only the few that read forums would know about). It can all be confusing for sure, so in the future I think I'll just use all and every method I can find (if important enough).

Don't even get me started...

I did not have problem with response, but took them couple of weeks to figure out that I did experience new bug, another 2 months to return my item, but not from support as they say they would not do it, as it is not 'recorded bug yet', but from someone from HQ. (some German guy who had enough sense to send me item and have paying customer back in game)

So, great for you, but imho support is not really that.... at least my experience was much different.

If your problem does not involve game fixes, prices on IS or complain about some necessary item on IS, I believe you. Otherwise I'll stick with tha guy that said, pics or didn't happened

Relieved that I am not the only one who thinks Humilitea is a guy. I have gotten responses from Nytefall in a very timely manner but as far as any in game issued being resolved in under a days time, I am skeptical.

I have heard of some horror stories with support from people here on forums, but in my experience support has been excellent. I always get a response within 24 hours and they are very professional and helpful. Now, the issue is not always resolved with the first response since sometimes the issue can be somewhat complicated and it takes a few back and forths for support to figure out a solution. However, they never take more than 24 hours to respond. Once, I even got a response within 45 minutes!

lol you message support to complain about prices on IS and items in IS? I'm pretty sure support is there to deal with things that involve technical support, in-game bugs, and things of that nature. I am not surprised that support did not solve your IS issues in a timely manner, since that is not their department.
