Hey kalvan do you want to refrain from these types of posts, we know you know who everyone is but you don't have to point it out. Just because someone makes a thread about problems in the game on an alternative account, meaning he might not of gotten the proper or respectable response he gotten, doesn't mean you have to call him out INSTEAD of addressing his problems.
This is the fundamental issue we have on these forums, threatening or even going through with forums bans because we are strained out of our mind with the utter incompetence of the sales team, marketing team and probably the rest yet we still want to log in to play the game. See things our way, convince your colleges to do the same, it's just that simple. You are not above us "irl", try being on our level for a change and you will see our plight.
Thanks.
I see that the Humor Fairy declined to stop by your residence. Consider rescheduling an appointment.

I don't "know who everyone is". And sometimes (most times, actually), the staff members can't answer questions regarding Item Shop offers or sales because we/they don't
know the answers to those questions. Also, while I might be told Why Certain Things Are Being Done, I can't relate that kind of information since it's internal-only.
You've also forgotten that as a Mentor, I play RoM regularly. In fact, I play RoM every day unless I'm out of town or on vacation. In other words, I'm in the same position others are in WRT IS offers/sales, game issues, and so on.
In addition, while I do communicate regularly--pretty much every day--with Dionaea, Nytefall, Kharrma, our other US Mentors, as well as with a number of the EU team members, I have no particular influence with the people who are in the Sales department and
their bosses. Just as you and others do, I make requests and suggestions for Item Shop sales, and my requests and suggestions are forwarded by Dionaea to Those Who Make Such Decisions.
lol. how would u know its me doing it? now if any1 else does it why would i get the vacation!
Ve haf our vays...

Besides, didn't you say... "I wonder if it'll be more effecient to get them to do the jewels sale if i made a bunch of accounts and have each of them make a new thread in EVERY sub-forums asking for a jewels sales..."?
Not that I really think you would.
lol he is trying to prevent alot of work on his and his coworkers side. if any1 does go ahead and do it will be a hell of a problem to merge and/or delete those post from every subforums. and it looks like they do have something planned for them in the more permenant sense
To some extent, true. There's a certain amount of effort in either merging or disappearing duplicate threads. I personally prefer not to need to merge or delete threads or posts. But if we note a moderate to large increase in duplicate threads--those which cover the same subject, posted over a particular time span--our antennae begin to twitch (see "My Favorite Martian" for reference) and actions will be taken to find out just what's going on.
We don't hand out forum suspensions lightly. But they can happen, usually for continued or egregious forum rule violations.
So, to recap: Some people need to lighten up just a bit, we do play this game right alongside the rest of you--whether you realize it or not, and we also tend to frown on spammed threads, or even tongue-in-cheek threats to spam a bunch of dupe threads in an attempt to seek attention for a perceived problem.
