A new threat is stirring to the east of Taborea with expansion of a new region, Chrysalia, arriving in the coming week that is stuffed with never before seen foes, tonnes of quests, and a highly demanding instance. Thundering waterfalls, bubbling pools of lava, and huge ant-built structures will greet new adventurers. This ancient land and native home to the true dragons is currently being plagued by the Kulech, a clan of exceedingly aggressive ant creatures. The new flythrough video will give a first impression of the landscape which you can explore starting as of the 25th of September.

Chrysalia lies on the coast of the continent of Kolydia. The tempestuous storms across the ocean make their presence known in the coves of the region as a dusty and driving wind, undulating the bridges constructed by the allies to connect the disparate cave systems. The force of the four elements has shaped the land since time immemorial and has created a host of perilous anomalies. This region is inhabited by two different types of ant-like Myrmex. The Garon are the more peaceable of the two races and, in a nod to symbiotic development, their counterparts the Kulech are belligerent and hostile.

On the itinerary for you budding adventurers are also the more secluded corners of Chrysalia, such as the Edliss Ruins to the south, the Bloody Battlefield, and the Kulech Bones Nest – the new instance. Fierce battle awaits against the Queen of the Myrmex, which will determine which of you are the true heroes.

To me, the annoying part is that we get so little warning. Usually I save up mementos, EOJs and phirius tokens, so I can start buying the new gear and stats right away. Guess not this time.

And here I am with 4 pets, two useless ones, if this were another game I could put them in a world AH and sell them to you guys! Anyhow, the timing of this zone really doesn't make a heck of alot of sense, they never release content this soon. I was just hoping for the elites. Didn't need a whole new zone. I'm still pushing for hardmode of old instances. But at the end of the day the servers and sales are not going so well and its pretty obvious. I think the community should enjoy this and people should come back for a spell.

And how's that different then previous 2-3 years you're in the game?

In my opinion, this secrecy is nor working for them, but I can understand it. It would quickly end the game if they announce something and then don't deliver. (I know - not much different then last year with FEU)

What comes to my mind is last year Christmas disappointment by everyone on US servers.

Remember FEU wondering what's going on on NA servers, as apparently it is normal to make everything more expensive when everyone was expecting good sales and more content.

If they don't make Jewel <12 more affordable and all the time in CS, and don't put ABLs all the time, there is not much that can save this game. Who in clear mind can expect everyone to restate, regear on this 'life support' line called failed sales???

You're right, what they did to Rubies, and taking the availability of +12 gems away, making perfects cost 150-200 rubies while no longer giving rubies on sales has damn near killed the game. People are not going to run much in +4 gear, and nothing worse then buying 4k diamonds and ending up with 50 rubies. They pissed off the paying players with this Ruby move.

Seriously smarten up Gameforge I for years have been a loyal paying player, but since you're new marketing disaster came into play Im done spending.

Usually, the announcement of a new patch happens the day before it is applied. The only time I ever see advance warning is when the new chapter is to start.

Rumors?

Please share that with us, as only rumors I know is our whishful thinking something will turn to positive side, just as Mr. Cedric was introduced on NA servers. We need more swift moves like that to attract new customers as well to help middle-game players in gearing up. Removal of ABLs from everyday CS makes it much harder to be middle-game. Just imagine, I run instance (I know, who in clear mind still runs instances in this game) and end up with nice OD gear that would benefit someone L55, but no way I will wait for ABL to sell it. If someone throws me ABL I would send it very cheap.

Apparently this concept is not very clear to Frogster's sale department.

Anoter game announced their release of upgrade, F2P game with upgrade only fro paying customers, but they postponed it until after certain other 2 games release their content.

How RoM will cope with this and will the game be as much empty as in last couple of days. (no, it's not summer, that is well over in most of the world)

Well, people DID complain about lack of content and wanting 75 content.
And /sigh now I'll be even further behind in the gear treadmill. Give me a perfect jewel sale, not a freaking new zone >.<
Although the new zone did look kinda pretty... despite the old-looking trailer.

I know the info is around here somewhere, but too busy to look atm. Which set is being replaced next? Am I finally getting rid of my RT set (kind of hope not since it's all OD), or am I replacing the ToSH set I just finished 2 weeks ago (give me a break, was gone for 9 months

The level 75 set should be cheat/boots/helm/shoulder/weapon. If they are any godo though i have no idea.
