What happened to the Morrok/Toni Quest in new zone

I can't seem to find where i can continue the Morrok/Toni Surging Undersurrent questline in Chrysalis :confused: I finished up to (almost?) the end of Rorrzan before the new zone released. So where do i start now? I'm seeing lv 74 people in siege, but can't seem to get much quests to level...

Yujin Angerfang gives you the quest that continues it. He's in the last camp in the previous zone.
