Refinng Rein Ore

Is anybody else having problem trying to refine Rein Ore. Everytime i try it keeps failing even though im lvl 76 mining. If this is a bug can a CM do something about it so i can craft my new off hand dagger already

It's known to be a bug on Govinda. I'm sure there is some code that wasn't checked and that's what is causing it, but for now all you can do it use the raw material.
