Were did all the channels go?

You know its bad enough that the content is so buggy that quests are bugged within days if not hours, but now they took away the multiple channels and being able to switch to another that may not be bugged yet.

Come to think of it, this is probably the worst thing that has happend in a long while. Seems like maybe the game is getting better. I recall about 18-24 months ago we would lose entire zones (not just channels), and things like mail, AH, and houses would be bugged -- almost every week, for sure every month. But now that I read this QQ thread and started thinking about it -- seems like we haven't had nearly as many technical issues lately.
