$25 Walmart Diamond card

I bought two $25 Runes of Magic Diamond cards from Walmart. There use to be an option to redeem the cards under recharge diamonds..When will they return this option..Walmart will not take the cards back and I am down $50

if they dont work zeevex has some card exchange thing but i have no idea if it will work for those cards could give it a shot if it does can buy dias that way

Yes, I also saw there was no longer an option for the fastcard. More significant, however, is the fact I am no longer able to find the cards at either walmart or target like i used to. Several other players in the game have said that these cards have disappeared from their locations as well. I would like to know if another store sells these, as they are the only payment method available to me. I would hate to have to take business elsewhere if they are no longer a form of payment.

Any idea when this will be fixed...Still down $50..No way to get my money back and no way to redeem my diamond cards..Since I bought my cards I have missed four diamond sales..150% 90% 70% and now a 50%

i see them at my local 7-11 if that helps

Unreal how long this is taking...It kinda reminds me of the missing chest...Where we go answers for months we looking into it..In the end..Here is an empty chest back....Really now...How do I get my money back...Forget the option to redeem....This is fail to deliver.....Once again...Who do I contact to get my money back and give you your cards back

Your best bet is to never use the Fast Cards even if you can find them. Retailers around where I live have completely removed them from their shelves. If Zeevex does have a program to use your Fast Cards, you should really look into that. I used to use RoM Fast Cards but around here they were only sold in Walmart, Target, and Wallgreens. Then one day they were just gone from the shelves in every store I looked. I went and bought some Zeevex and I have never looked back. Sure the bonus of dias is less when purchasing but those adventure packs you get from redemption codes make them 10 times better than Fast Card and their 30 day Snow Ferret Mount....

Perhaps some more information from you would be helpful.

I just checked the Recharge Diamonds page to make sure the "via prepaid service" Fastcard option was there. It is, and for the RoM-branded Fastcard(s) you have, that is the button you need to use. Those cards cannot be used to purchase the specific, listed diamond packages--there is a pre-set $25 package for the RoM cards. (During a bonus diamond sale, the RoM card selection includes the bonus diamond amount.)

Remember that you must sign in on Recharge Diamonds and select the server where you want the diamonds to go.

Since December 4th I bought using paypal and have yet to get my diamonds..I have submitted three tickets none of which have been answered regarding my paypal pruschase of diamonds..During December 24th the 150% diamond sale...I both two $25 dollar cards from Walmart..One of the cards did not work..I submitted a ticket for that also...Now my ticket has been in since December 4th for my paypal..How much longer do I need to wait to get support? Is there a phone number to contact

You can check your ticket history once you've logged into the Support portal. Please do that, and if the tickets have been closed, reopen them.

Other than that, we cannnot help you with your problems here on the forums.

The tickets are still open and it has been over a month...Zero support...ZERO SUPPORT!!!!!!!!To put it simple I have been robbed....All I can do now is contact Paypal and report Fail to deliver
