Runes of Magic US / AU

Okay I am on the Reni server and tonight we played against a guild on Osha for siege.....As siege ended I was in their castle getting ready to take their crystal..........

Then came the twilight zone.......

When I went to hit leave battle I never left instead I got stuck (insert laugh here) in the floor under their crystal. No matter how many times I tried to leave nothing happened. So seeing how stuck report doesn't work in siege I logged off......

Dodo do do...............and the black hole appears.

RoM ate my toons, every single one of them....As I tried to log back in instead of going to the Reni server I was sent to Osha. Well I don't have toons on Osha, so I switched to Reni...And Guess what...I DIDN'T HAVE TOONS THERE EITHER..

So, anyways I was told in vent by a guildie that he had heard of this happening to others but couldn't remember how he fixed it....So I am asking that if any one has had this happen and was able to fix it without waiting on support can you please share what you did.....I have 4 computers at the house and the same thing happens on all of them.

Any help would be great...If not see you in a month or so when support finally gets to the issue.

Oh and BTW RoM it took me 7 times just to get this posted
