Check the email address that's linked to your account. You should have an email which contains the translated codes you need for the in-game redemption through the Item Shop interface.

why is it everytime you guys change something on the main website we are getting that error code that bilabab posted? and i have gone thru and deleted the cookies that are related to rom's websites etc...but why do i have to do this almost on a daily basis???

We're supposed to be able to open the 2nd door by now right? Or is it really there's only one minute that exists where we can open the other doors, if so, that is stupid.

As is I can't open the 2nd door to my Advent Calender.

Daily basis? The problem just started occurring and for me mostly due to checking other sites besides US. BTW, they don't get codes any earlier than we do. :p

And, yeah, cookie clearing works. Dont need to clear the ones for forum, just for main site. Or use another browser.

real useful, and like there totally wasn't an existing page for concept art already...
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

and "Due to technical reasons you can only open one calendar door per day in the time between 0:00h CET and 23:59h CET and enjoy its' content!" ... it isn't a technical reason as there is no logic behind NOT allowing more than one to open per day, its an administrative/publisher decision to allow one per day.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.

lol concept art. I had the biggest laugh that I've had in a long time. I can't wait to see what other items that have in store for us. Maybe we'll get a link to buying diamonds next time for one of these daily surprises.

I don't think a concept art is a reward. It feels more like a gag gift. 7 days of actual gifts would be more appreciated than 24 days of gag gifts.:rolleyes: But I'm not mad, this is the most excitement I've had not playing RoM, other than listening to the podcasts.
