Just put a stop payment on it and watch as their system instantly bans your account. I bet they are glad that feature works flawlessly

If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

When you select $50 worth of diamonds and then fastcard for the payment you can't enter that code? I had run into that problem before and I got around it by using both 25 dollar codes to buy $50 in diamonds... As far as PayPal goes, sometimes they put a hold on the purchase especially if its your first time. The new support ticket system seems to respond much faster to money issues than the last one so maybe give that a try. This is why I go shattered crystal or ultimate game card only.... Never ever have a problem that way

A first-time purchase of diamonds via PayPal can take up to 24 hours to come through. Please check your account later today.

And as yet, there has been no resolution from Gamepay for the RoM Fastcard issue. The ball is in their court, not ours.

That's really odd, I only buy with paypal and is kinda instant delivery, just have to logout and login again.

Usually, it is only the first-time purchase with PayPal that is delayed.

Future transactions are usually near-instant.

Yup my first PayPal purchase with the new system took 24 hours to process, they literally got to me in 25 hours I remember being frustrated too. Also PayPal sometimes likes to hold things, I did some holiday shopping on Newegg and it was a large sum of money so they delayed it and Im glad they did. My bank would have just let it go through. Sometimes patience is not such a terrible thing. I lve PayPal and they are alot better about getting you money back then your banks are.

Hello StockJoker,

Please be patient. Gamepay & Paypal tend to take their time when it comes to first-time transactions. If you do not get your diamonds in a reasonable time frame, please contact support. You can find the link in my signature.

Edit: Oops. To add on top of what I was stated by Nytefall above. Usually only the first one is delayed. There are times when Gamepay or Paypal will flag your transaction.

Tuna darlin, please read what you had quoted.

In addition, even 24 hours for a 100% virtual good to be delivered is a tad absurd. And if it is over 36 hours, that includes 2 business days.. The player has already dealt with support regarding the other cards that he currently has no method of redeeming.

Place yourself in his shoes. He has attempted to give Gameforge his own money THREE times and has met with outlandish responses for Gameforge's failure. Would you want to be dealing with the same support or have it escalated further up the chain of command?

I don't need to point this out but I will anyway.

Gameforge =/= Gamepay.

I have never dealt with paypal for RoM, I have dealt with Zeevex tokens. Nytefall did comment about how there are abnormalities when it comes to paypal.

If he got delayed, he is one of the thousand that got held up by paypal to see if the transaction is reason. There have been times when I used Paypal outside of RoM, I was held up for a week.

This is usually an indication that you may have logged in with the wrong e-mail or selected the wrong server, and your diamonds have been credited to a different account of yours or the mis-selected server. I'd recommend keeping in contact with support, and provide them as much info as possible, including the transaction number (if you have not done this already). They can find where you sent the diamonds. :)

As the rest of this really needs to be handled by support, I'm closing this thread here.
