Choose target with camera?

if you go to esc --> interface settings --> controls , then you will find "choose target with camera". What does it do?

if i remember correctly(unlikely) when u move camera with mouse, it will target the npc/char in the middle of it...if u move, then it will shift to another npc/char etc...
my r/p can outdps r/m. your name is stupid.

mages should stack dex. word.
