RoM's got my vote.. its a free to play game
People are severely over-reacting when it comes to the sales, you can't always get what you want when you want it and

Wut? you do realize there's an equal chance of pulling a certain stat on a pull, there's no coding that says Stam/MP must Drop more than Stam/Patk. if you keep pulling something like Stam/MP for an entire year, you clearly just been having bad luck. I've pulled Stam/Patk, Str/Patk, Dex/Patk's one after the other. Think at one point i pulled X/Patk 12 times in a row (about a months worth) and then for an entire month nothing but Mdef and MP stuff.

Not to sound like an * (lol see what i did there ;D) but i don't see any flaws other than a very few broken quests that are out there, which WILL be fixed. Everything else in game is just personal opinion of your own experience with the game. You can say "the economy is failing", and i can say "I just made 2mil selling a card, the economy is thriving"

but i will leave it there, i think QQ'ing is against forum rules, they'll just tell you to voice your concerns to support

I think the best part is that it wasn't even nominated for best F2P

Because it sure as hell isn't F2P if you want to do anything worthwhile

Hell, I wouldn't mind voting for other games just to keep rom out of top 10 (if it weren't already below top 10 in every category)

The GAME itself deserves #1 F2P but the publisher deserves an F-, starting with the super huge anniversary event with no double diamonds, and TP on mob kills only, let us not forget Thanksgiving. Im ready to be disappointed this Christmas too.

The game is not losing people the publisher is, your diamond prices are ridiculous. You burned the "whales" out. Wake up restructure and appreciate your players. Pretty bad that our guild chat last night was about other games we will try. I left the house this morning with one of them downloading.

You all dont seem to appreciate my money anymore. You have these weak 50-90% diamonds sales and over priced 2 for 3 phoned in sales. NO one buys your skystormers sales. Meh...you guys are losing me, lost me thanksgiving.

I'm not sure how a game that has very little new life in it can be voted for a top 10 game of this year.

A new card from the new zone will always sell for whatever price you put it as you have nothing to price it against if it's never been sold in the AH, even so...people will ALWAYS pay top gold for new cards. So your use of cards selling for 2m isn't a good representation of a thriving economy, but nice try.......I see what you tried there.

Sales have been highly lackluster and good sales are few and way far between. Sales like 1 diamonds costumes with wings and then selling wings for 199 implying 100% vanity to anyone who bought them. That is a little sales trick they tried to pull on us, but they do it often and I'm 100% sure they made money off it. The sales are terrible from most our perspective because (not sure if you were around...see what I did there?) some of us were spoiled with super good sales, things that made sense in the AH, proper reasonable prices before the new cash shop and the new sales team. So yes, there is legitimate complaints that aren't 2 Qs (which is about 7 years too old in gaming, RoM community is like a suburban town that gets trends years late).


edit: All that bad or good stuff said, I still play this game more often than other mmos p2p or f2p. My gripe is the lack of and what could be if they just saw it the same way most if not ALL players see it.

Anyways...who is rom up against, I wouldn't go to that mmosite if you payed me.

im sure rom hav issues like others game but hav good things, sadly isnt nominated to best F2P cuz their format change to Free to make a account but no free no advance in game. We have a good comunity that answer all our question but remember they arent the chief or manager of the company, they cant make rules.

god.. I missed the old froggie way of bribing us. Froggie had different tiers of bonuses depending on the final ranking.

Gameforge, please publish what you will do for the gamers if RoM gets 1st place.

It's funny, but this competition thing probably doesn't help them get the publicity they think. RoM players are going there to vote and seeing the 10-15 games ahead of RoM in all the categories and saying to themselves, "Hmm, never heard of this game--wonder if it's worth a try."

This game is so great today is my last day. Any no you cant have my stuff. For a game that isn't dead it sure feels like it.

You have got to be kidding!!! Until the crap that is broken is fixed (destroyers for what 2 months now) my vote will go to anyone who is going up against Rom

Not to mention they dnt even pay attention to the broken classes, but continuously fix the characters that dnt need anymore beefyness.

I am totally voting for ROM for best community category. 'Cause I can see the community spirit of togetherness anywhere I go. Heck, I see plenty in this very thread.

It being in the top 5 for 2011 in many polls is what led me to check it out.
