Yeah... Everyone knows that Veni, Vidi, Vici is supposed to be gasha sale, not package sale. It was gasha sale last two times we had it, now they went and messed it up. Take out the packages, bring in the gashas. People love gashas. Bah, humbug!

Focus on the topic, whether it be gashas or the sale was called the mount sale all of which are moot, single item sales are what the player base wants... if all these items that were offered in this sale were on their own diamonds would have been flowing a lot more freely then it will be this weekend.

Can you remind me when the package sales became something unusual? I have 2.3 stacks of Home-Sweet-Home runes that I got over 1.5 years ago and have used 2 of them. Now, I might be occasionally prone to bouts of insanity, but I am pretty sure I didn't go on a buying spree of item I don't want and don't need when it was sold as standalone. I can also give you some skill and experience potions of even greater vintage, probably over 2 years. Don't use them, except occasional filling of XP/TP charms. Didn't buy them, either. They came with the stuff I wanted to buy.
Now, if they started using grand golden repair hammers as a fillers to bump up the price (which was done, and I have a few of those I don't want or need), I would get annoyed. Same goes for IMNSHO horribly overpriced charms. Not just a waste filler, but expensive waste filler. I don't see anything particularly useless and expensive being packaged just to bump up the price.

Exactly my point, all of those items are usefull, but most of us dont have income to buy 6k diamonds. I have guildies who only need puri packs, some who only need abl's some who need cleaners and others who need charges. They only have enough resources for the items they need right now. They wont be spending any money because they cannot afford to purchase a package that contains items which they have no need current need for. These packages only benefit a small % of players who require most or all of them.
If you forgive my old age that i have been in this game, i do recall the days when we had a sales team who had more than 1 brain cell between themselves... when packages we sold combined with single items in the same sale. The packaged deals offered a overall higher discount and the singles were also discounted but not as great. Maybe I am delusional and made this up as if to distract from the grim reality.. if not can anyone else confirm my insanity of logic?
