Will we be getting two new CMs, to replace 2 of the best ones we had??
Or will we just be short 2 more very helpful ppl ??

The entire team of Runes of Magic will always be here to help as much as we can. Noone can replace Kharrma and Nytefall in my opinion ... but rest assured we will do our best :)

Which means, uncertain, but most likely no? :(

I hope Gameforge realizes how badly we need new GM's and start recruiting, otherwise support's ability to "support" people would be even more compromised then it already is with people getting no answer in weeks.

I vote for Quaffy for GM! :D

It isn't so much about replacing but the lack of any presence.
You have your news/event postings and Metatag has their server maintenance postings.

To us, this is 2 large lines of -useful- (not just service information) communication completely gone. Support is of minimal assistance regarding most problems (especially when information from support tickets is in no way information that can be shared here).
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

Most likely she doesn't know either. Otherwise it would be much easier to just say yes/no rather than spend the time to make an ambiguous statement.

That was a PC way of saying no.
Acquisitions take about a year to settle in. Different people get different deals. Do the math.

Also, the impact of sales team failures extends beyond customers. Crappy sales -> less revenue -> smaller budget for payroll. Guess who gets cut. Welcome to RL.

You need the second WonderQuaffy twin. Then your powers activate and you can assume form of noxious anti-Gigi gas cloud while the other WonderQuaffy becomes a spider skeleton mount to take the unconscious Gigi to some remote god forsaken place like Cyclops Lair or Chamber of Sathkur.



Ummm... back on topic? Yeah, would kinda be nice to have more GMs on forums to let people know some things happening behind the scenes or to clarify exploit/non-exploit or perhaps just comment on things. There is general feeling on forums that there are quite a few things going on in the game that GMs are just not aware of, and that GMing involvement is superficial. Majority of posts by GMs such as two who are going away were a good counterargument to such feelings.

Zidlef why are you so eager for level 77 and 80? KBNH hasn't been out near long enough for everyone to be finished with it; you really want to restat already?

New content just means more bugs and more broken sh*t. Leave it for a month or two longer. ToSh was out for alot longer than KBNH has been out... and KBNH is the new ToSh.

Not sure what the missing quote is, but there is no chance the new content would be released on holidays. Tons of work and nobody does much work during holiday season. Even if patch is ready, which it probably is, it is gonna wait till GF people get back to work and catch up with backlog for a while.

And, of course, people leaving always slows things down. Been there, done that. Project turnover is murder on schedules.
