I have an account for support. The password I used is not working, when I hit the "Forgot Password" button. No email gets sent to my email address. (not even junk mail)
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think in this case you'd be ok to make a new support account to get your problem resolved. Reason being that it is a known bug that has existed with the frogster/gameforge systems that the password recovery system for many months, and is still absotively posolutely broken. (huge shock around here, right?)
I wish you the best of luck over the next 1-2 months of back and forth messaging with the support staff to even get them to acknowledge there is a problem.
