yes i know they have said that, but then again those who said that were basically kids with limited prior professional experience (no offense intended here, i actually really appreciated Swag's attempts). Since we do have some new mgt here perhaps we can help them by ensuring they understand the above forward reporting is good business 101.
For example during the power outage at the super bowl they quickly communicated it was a supply grid fault and their plan to slowly power circuits back on over ~30minutes and the RCA would be shared once it was determined. This is the type of thing that continues to hold RW back from what they could be. We all want to see RW be successful, but at times like this they are not helping their situation one bit.
the power went out for about 10-15 minutes a generally easy fix with a generally easy explanation, when dealing with software and/or hardware issues or other unforseen events that can plague eletrical devices, the most you can really expect is a simple "we are having technical difficulties". but im sure that will not satisfy peoples useless desire for information. players constantly come to the forums demanding information on down times, when things will get fixed, and so on,(as tho theres nothing else to do in the world) but if u look at things logically the y can only give u three answers, #1 i dont know, #2 a projected eta, #3 its fixed. and im sure by now theyve learned that players are gonna whine regardless of what they do. and on that same coin, regardless of what they tell you or what happens, YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THINGS ARE FIXED!!! and no amount of eta's or i dont knows or we are working on its, will change that. bottom line just wait
