I did not have any problems on my alt guild (all pages there), but issue of no ANY answer to ticker, we had someone in guild reporting multiple times problems on his character to get I believe L35 elites, and no answer as well...

you know if i lost a bank page... went thru hell didnt get it back... bought another one... then it got lost too, i prob wouldnt buy nemore!! lol
nah sorry zid dont know whats goin on there man. I mean i do know if you buy a guild bank page and then you level the guild your gonna lose it, not sure why just one the rules. But im sure you already know this. But in EDH we 4 bank pages, never lost one in over a year friend idk whats goin on... to help ya. but i atleast wanted to post to let throw that out there to see if it would help idk

I'd be willing to organize a collection for the replacement. It takes a bit less than 2k of each type mat and a bit more than half a mil gold. I am sure if everyone on the server pitches in, we can have that in less than a week.

I realize we would likely not get any more updates on this story if that were to happen, so we would lose dozen of posts on forum and Facebook about this tragic loss. But hey, tradeoffs need to be made. And we'll always have the ones that already been made.

Yup. If your guild pages disappear you are f'ed. Support will do nothing about it, because hey, you didnt have those pages in the first place. But if you re-buy them you get all your stuff back.

Sorry to hear it happened again, i rebought mine and sent in a ticket to make sure they checked that i had them, so if i ever loose them again, i can refer to another ticket where they said i had them.
