Lets be honest, the same thing tends to happen here on the forums most times. Apparently its against the forum rules to say anything negative about gameforge.....and so all that stuff gets removed. Oh well, the truth with find a way to be heard![]()

Could be worse they could ban your forum account, when the comments were never actually posted to the forums and remained private between the sender and recipient.
Seems that players all have the same basic opinion so wont be long till we're all removed from Facebook and the forums.
Oh and Wenwenni you'd be surprised just how much has been removed, when you say over the years your probably not talking about gameforge... Frogster NA and Pacific had a much more tolerant view with such posts and many of those staff got involved in the discussions.

Think ive been here awhile to make an apt comparison.
FA- let our posts stand. Response wasnt always the best, but we got responses. We could have page after page after page of discussion without censorship.
Gameforge- seems like they instructed their mods to censor any negative viewpoints toward the company, fired the only GMs that cared. Gave us some fake, plastic CM in return. They dont even respond unless its a technical problem...days after the fact.
Didnt like Dio. But atleast she had a presence here. Not like she understood the community or the game and its mechanics. She was hired to be our CM without any previous rom experience.
Swag was a moron, but seemed like he genuinely cared. Might have been his undoing, or he got frustrated/fed up. From what I remember he'd always try for us atleast, always met red-tape.

Just keep it civilized, ok?

Greetings everyone.
As with every medium, no matter if forums, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or the good old paper it's all about netiquette. It's alright to be upset, especially if something goes wrong. There's barely anyone out there who hasn't ranted before. Still remember that if you would rant about something right in front of a shop owner he/she would likely ask you to leave and might go as far as ban you, no matter if you ranted about something correctly.
It's all about how one does it. "Yelling" makes you lose evey argument automatically. The same goes for needless insults, no matter how minor they might be in your oppinion. There's no exception for that.
The legacy of "the customer is always king" or "always right" ends exactly there where insults are hurled around.
So wherever this happens, we try to maintain a mature atmosphere by removing these posts (usually just hidden, we can still see them) without restricting the actual conversation. Now keeping the conversation and/or discussion open also depends.
Take a thread that started about one topic and was hjiacked by others, pushing it far off the actual topic. We belief in turning this back to where it belongs but in rare cases it's necessary to put a bucket of sand over the burning trolls.
Having said that, thread...naw, not closed.Just keep it civilized, ok?
Thank you.
but I completley understand his frustration. If someone loses an item and paid REAL money for it, you know as well as anyone the items can be made as to where they have before, (items gears lost in mail/acidently deleted).
I mean it was pretty good and artistic until you got to the face where it seems the person effed up.

This put GF in dictatorship, and guess how people feel when under dictatorship rules and when someone tries to hide every objection. (ask Mr. Assad in Syria or all fallen dictatorships in Arab worlds in last 2 years)

I really wanted to address the new blue/green name until I saw this unremarkable stupid comment by Zidlef..
I'll go ahead and ask Assad how he feels about it and by it I mean ninja posts being edited by forum mods, I'm sure he will give a flying _____ . Amazing analogy. :/
