Eventually our feedback will be forwarded to the tech team after we all provide more information. hopefully they can reproduce the situation.

Also if you still cant log in after a while contacting support might help them out faster after a week or so when they get to your ticket. remember though this is only a "test."

DO NOT blame the "Fire Festival" its not broken, the problem is all the "malware" on your pc.

i recommend everyone replaces their pc and the most convenient time for them during the next business day.

Computer's a week old an an alienware. I dare them to try that with me lol

can't enter world (Govinda)

i can log in just fine but when i try to hit "enter world" i get a pop up that says "The area you selected is not available yet. Would you like to enter Howling Mountains from Pioneers Colony?". When i hit confirm nothing happens. did the servers go down again?

Govinda is down too. Im glad to see they at least know how to make sure the server crashes. hmm wonder if i'll get my tokens back for crashing in Mals hmmm wait this is RW they don't give us crap.

Blake, im sorry but its the only possible solution that can be thought of at the current moment since we all know they will not tell us 'WHY" the server crashed again after only "5 days", didnt even make it a week yet and if they do a roll back and we all lose the stuff we just made i guarantee support will get enough tickets from me to keep them busy til 2016 if not longer. but anyways im going to blame your alien ware pc as the problem since it probably tried to probe rom in a bad way and the server had a heart attack as a result lol

Well, so much for a lazy Sunday afternoon in-game...

We're working on rousing the appropriate people, but have not yet been able to get a reply or confirmation from someone.

Not too surprising as it is currently 11 PM in Germany. Nonetheless, we're still trying.

All US servers and Thalia appear to be affected at this time.

i know emailing them is easy but most people dont have a ringtone for their emails, calliing them directly might work better, can you pass that up the food chain as a suggestion please, i love suggesting things. :D

RW isn't responsibly for providing you lost items, nor are they responsible for the servers. This is all Gameforge.

Not blaming you Zavod.. but seriously they need to some major redoing of the structure of their employment heirarchy.. in other words, stop hiring mcdonald's layoff's to run the servers -.- There should be someone on standby with the servers 24/7, specially as they do have servers worldwide.. >.<

I don't really care what time it is there because they should always have one tech on call or working the weekend. Instead they're too cheap and just assume we're gonna stick around for their failness
