LOL, are you even playing the same game as us? If you've been around as long as you claim to have been, you'd know what a buggy and poorly coded game RoM is. Runewaker does such a bad job at coding that no publisher would even touch their new game for months, rofl, and Gameforge is renowned for their poor management of games. If you'd been here back when FA was here, you would, under no circumstances, say that Gameforge is "doing pretty good."

So far, it looks like (and I'm hearing) that all servers are back online.

Thalia, however, has the following issues:

House zone not open
Guild castle zone not open
Mini-games zones not open (which mini-games in particular, or all of them?)
Dungeon of Dalanis zone not open. (Does this affect other instances, and is anybody able/willing to test?)

If you have further updates or answers to the questions I posted above, please let me know.

I've been on this game for a few years now, with multiple characters and honestly I still love it the same as the first day I've played. So give them a break. I'm sure they do the best they can with what they have to work with and since you aren't paying to play you really can't complain. After all if you complain too much they may start charging a monthly/yearly fee to play on top of diamonds just to satisfy you.

People have been complaining about this game since beta in one form or another, and lo it's still 'f2p'. It would be nice if they could hire more staff to make sure server screw ups like this didn't happen twice in a week, because I'm more than sure they have the money to do it.

That said, ty to the local cactus for keeping us informed/entertained while the servers went down.

It would seem if you feel it's as bad as it is, you'd find another game to play but yet you still come back. Then again I'm not on the game 24/7 so maybe it does crash daily, I've just not experienced it. In fact, I think this is the first it's crashed for me in months. Happy to entertain you, maybe if you took their advice on login and stepped away from the game for a while it wouldn't cause you so much stress

Zavod-are you paying attention? The www.mmoserverstatus.com/runes_of_magic shows all servers up, and truly the log-in server IS up, but the log-in server shows all US servers are in "Maintenance" mode.

Ok, it seems that things are starting to work again.

We are able to access player house, mini games, guild castles are working and instance zones are back online.

MMOserverstatus is a third-party, and not affiliated with Runes of Magic/Gameforge/Runewaker. As a result, their stuff is often wrong. I was checking the game client, which says they're up.

So many people say this. People kept saying it about Zid too >>

People complain so that problems can be brought to attention because they want the game to become better for themselves and friends. There is a post where someone said it well I think, I'll dig up and post here, but think about that while you wait

As much as Zid can get frustrated, many times with good reason, I am now getting more annoyed with everyone telling him to find another game...

Zid has never said that he does not like the game, actually playing it for a log as he has, he must have love it.

What bothers him (and most of us) is support. It was bad in time I got into game (Frogster NA), got a bit more bad with Frogster EU, to now being even worst... Not all support tho, for example, I created ticket, got daily response to it. But I did not have any major problem. (one of alts lost second passwords)

I still think this game has great potential, but we are really missing someone to lead it the way of prosper... Only way that person would be able to make difference and do something to attract more people into game would be to have access to make changes and be directly involved in sales, marketing etc.

Well tyvm to the whole team that took care of this and fixed it on a sunday ;-). Great job on this and tyvm Rune, you truly know that i love this game ;-), it truly deserves better support. But what i've seen today makes me hope again ;-)

Hos Normal mode says Zone Closed when you try to enter, however easy mode works.

Got same trouble with with GC Easy mode on Thalia - will let us in on Normal but not easy.

Need to get this fixed before tonight - people will start raging in about 6 hours....
