The best part of the party was that the gifts were in your inventory when you logged in, no codes no games just a gift. It would be great if we were able to get permanent back packs again.

I want a repeat of second anniversary. 500% XP/TP and unexpected, and much hyped diamond promo, to be followed next week by what has became known as "Rom Birthday Diamond Fiasco".

Yeah, because they always run better sales there than we run here. Compare the two and you'll see huge difference.

Not sure but we probably missed the boat on the suggestion time window. events are planned and approved weeks before hand. which is one reason why any suggestions we give on sale tend to take months before we see them take affect if at all. However in the spirit of the optimist. I will join in.

7day and/or 30day musical instruments. Its a luxury item i think fits well in with a special day like an anniversary. A low/fair pricing of course. singular not bundles with other nonsense. Or of there are bundles give the option for single items and a discounted bundled packages. Everyone wins!

Since F-EU we learn completely new meaning to word 'disappointment', from rare and SHORT 2x/3x to terrible sale offers.

I would like to see any of those suggestions, but more likely we will get FAIL pet enhancement potion that I would gladly use to feed sales intern with.

I apologize for my comment about german servers, i do have a german account too.i would like to see some obscure titles and maybe the pet with 3 attributes at 5 be on sale for the anni.

I'd like to first ask for something really hard to achieve, but not impossible: Everyone happy.

If that's not possible then: Maybe we can have some extra things not only on the diamond shop, also for Rubies and Phirius tokens. Skins, mounts, potions, and if I dare to say something that maybe is a bit wild: 50% discount on all items on diamond shop!.

I can tell you that it isn't easy to coordinate the different need of US, AU and EU communities. That starts with time zones and ends in things like "what the f**k is a 'Cyber Monday'?" (we don't have such a day here).

Sorry about that, it is part of RoM experience to have one step forward - two backwards. I never said that everything F-EU did was to worst, but most of it was and for every thing they fixed/adjusted we had 2 that got worst.
Regarding holidays and all that goodies with global economy... well, having USA consultant was suggested more then once in time of F-EU.

We all see progress and things are going to better, even pace how things are changing is much better. But there are still many things that should be fixed and at the moment, in my opinion biggest show stopper is support. For example, guildie purchased DIAS, gets them, purchased items on SALE, tried to log in into SW, crashed - and none of items are any more in IS bag or bank. Created ticket last week and no single update from support since then. That is huge if you ask me, customer likes answers and communication even if that communication is not positive or what they like. Much better then knowing that either no one care or support is that much overwhelmed that they will not get back to you any time soon.

As for the shop promotions, I can tell you that there are usally the same promos in every region. I know that you had a different pricing in the shop before and some items we use for special offers were permanent in the shop. EU also had a different pricing before the repricing last year.

Biggest issue here is the way it was done - it was all to worst for USA market except puri - which is cheaper. Sales then did something terrible - bad sales week after week, and with wrong data (today 40% being less DIAS per item then tomorrow 50% - all leading to huge unhappiness. I Created many post with suggestions for sales.... but we never saw anything back from that... and since then item actually got even more expensive because DIAS npc got disabled and people like me used that DIAS NPC to off set rather high cost of IS items.

I can definitely do that once, and will like to help, but only if I see any moves to better.

Actually, people stopped complaining about sales, not because things are better, but because nothing helped in past. (many of them now playing different game as well) Biggest thing to fix atm is overpriced rubi shop as that is slowing servers progress.

Ain't happening. Too many people around who are working hard finding reasons to be unhappy. Happiness is what you make of it, and only susceptible somwhat to external factors. Most population here is actively anhedonic.

That said, yeah, perm-a-packs would be good, always, but I suspect we ain't gonna see them any time soon.
