FA's support was way better... when I was trying to move my dias from an old server to my new server so I could buy a mount before the sale ended for that specific mount i wanted... well, FA wasn't able get to my support ticket in time to move my dias before the sale ended, so they sent me the mount without moving dias, completely free...

FA also moved IS items like mounts across accounts if you asked nicely...

Partially true. A couple of years ago, while FA was still running things, I sent a ticket to Support and asked to transfer one of my then-main's many mounts to a new toon--which eventually became my main. The process took 3-4 days and several emails, but it was eventually accomplished. Only permanent mounts which had been directly purchased from the Item Shop--perm mounts from Gashas did *not* count towards this--could be transferred.

In essence, you would send a ticket to Support, asking to move a specific mount (the exact mount name was required) from Toon "A" to Toon "B", including the account name for each toon. (I don't recall if transfers were allowed between servers, but I think not.) The first response from Support required you to delete the mount from Toon "A", report the deletion to Support, and they would check the "host" account and toon to make sure this had been done. The second response from Support would inform you that the mount had been transferred and that the target toon could find the mount in its Mailbox.

After GF took over operations, they decided to stop allowing such transfers. I think that's unfortunate, as I have a number of toons I no longer play which have permanent mounts. I could find use for those elsewhere, but...GF doesn't do this anymore and I've never seen a reason given for it. So it goes.

FA wasn't transfering before Gameforge came . That was decided then and Gameforge went along with it

You are incorrect, sir or madam. Once GF had stepped in and FA essentially went the way of the Dodo, perm mount transfers went along with it.

Dionaea was a GF CM, not an FA CM or GM. She came in after GF took over.
