No replies to tickets..

Not sure if talking about tickets is against ToS, if it is stop me, but I put in a couple tickets about a quest problem I'm having on my alt, and still have yet to get a reply, not even an automated "we're looking into it" response, if you can get back to me would be much appreciated.

Lol, the quest itself isn't broke, I screwed upon the getting keyed for DL (sharladees documents, turned in quest without right clicking old map or wrinkly page, as to where i never notcied them in my Bp) and was wondering if there was a way they could still key me for DL as to where it wont let me in and new sharladees documents wont give the items i need b/c i allready did the quest.

even if you turned in the quest you should still be able to kill sharleedah again and pick up the documents even though its not for the quest

minimum 7 days to get a response for me.i think you can still right click the documents to get the map to click on

Go and speak with Apat at the Dimarks Camp. He'll give you a quest that takes you back to Diloss and he will give you "Surprise Zurhidon" which will grant you access.

I know of someone who has 3 seperate tickets and is not getting any replies. I thought it was just us.

Lost 28 days of a 30% speed pot, this was the responce. Why is this not possible lol? Here is the deal, you send me a 30 day pot and I will go into KBNH with 2 days left on it, basically guarenteeing me of losing the buff.

I might be wrong, but here is my take of current support:

Our support is actually GameForge main support for their other online games, in other words, we don't have Runes of Magic only support any more. This would explain support not being able to figure out how something happened and many other problems in terminology.

Will someone in blue text be nice and tell me if I am right or wrong, and why it takes so long to get any help.

As for buffs, they are stored in DB, if there is that thing called backup, you should be able to restore files and see if for example Reynaldus above had 28 days of 30% speed buff. I am currently doing something similar, but for different purpose, and I know it is possible.

I have a member of the guild who somehow got hacked and a full account of farmers was taken from her. Rom says she has to prove it was hers thru past email acct etc. She provided all the info several times and still the account is gone. Rom was told what stuff was on the account, number of diamonds etc, they were even told what toon was selling her stuff on ah. They claim they cant do anything for her. I personally have been missing stuff with tickets filed way over 6 months (i finally gave up) They dont fix it, they wont even try, they wont even lock up the account that was stolen from my guildee till it could get fixed if ever. Roms customer support is basically non existant

Well the responses from support are always the same you get, no matter what you turn a ticket in for. Lost 6 30% 30 day potion in one month, but they don't want to look through the database. Atar is probably right , same support for all their games, so they have no clue or just don't care about this game support or customers.

It wouldn't be that hard to just send us back the potions we've lost and get it over with. I bought 7 or 8 of those packages at christmas to get them, so Merry Christmas!!.

I am very sad that we have no support to help us ;-(

i bought 45 of those packs with all the tokens i had saved at the time, then i contacted support and asked for them to remove my lower mount potion so i could use a better one and they wouldnt.

when the issue recently resurfaced about the 30% pots getting removed i was still stuck with my crappy 10% 30day pot, it expired a couple weeks ago and since then i have used only 1 30% pot so far just so i can be faster in siege and i make sure i dont even run instances much either so i dont lose my potions. its pretty bad when you have to avoid game content to keep a buff that isnt supposed to be removable in the first place.

either they need to go over their timed buff codes again and fix them so they cant be pushed off or limit the number of total debuffs a players can have. i have had up to 10 debuffs on me before, i can self buff to around 30 buffs not including burn phase so i think its excessive having more than 5 debuffs, if its not broken dont fix it, but if its broken, a little effort goes a long way

You have to laugh it off and submit another ticket or go nucken futs lol

This should also have come to your email. All you need to do is reply to the email and your ticket is re-opened as you have then confirmed your email address.
