I might be wrong, but here is my take of current support:
Our support is actually GameForge main support for their other online games, in other words, we don't have Runes of Magic only support any more. This would explain support not being able to figure out how something happened and many other problems in terminology.
Will someone in blue text be nice and tell me if I am right or wrong, and why it takes so long to get any help.
As for buffs, they are stored in DB, if there is that thing called backup, you should be able to restore files and see if for example Reynaldus above had 28 days of 30% speed buff. I am currently doing something similar, but for different purpose, and I know it is possible.
